This is a quality establishment. The welcome and the service were excellent. We dropped by for an evening takeaway but the smells from the kitchen and the pizza oven were amazing and it persuaded us to stay and eat in. The service was efficient and friendly, great interactions with all the staff that served us over two visits. The food was incredible, of particular note were the cheesey dough balls with garlic butter (totally amazing), the spinach and ricotta canelloni and the pizzas. Portions were generous and the quality second to none. If you are in the area this is certainly a place to visit and they also deliver to the surrounding area, including camp sites too.

Pictured a new addition to their summer menu. Roast peach Salad with procuito, buffalo mozzarella, rocket, pine nuts and croutons.Mostly good with the exception of the croutons. They were too large and impossibly hard. A real test of older teeth. My wife suggested that smaller and softer might be an idea. The waitress was unimpressed / disinterested.Fortunatly the lovely Manageress, who has been in charge for several years, was more sympathetic.Oh, and we got the music turned down. We really don't need music to accompany so much of our daily lives. And when it is so loud it interrupts conversation it is impossible...Hayling Seagoon Dear Haylingseagoon,I would like to apologise for your latest experience at Carluccio's in Chichester. Please could you email me at [email protected] so that I can look into this issue further.Kind regards,Alex Konidaris

Two of us came to Wildwood in Chi on Saturday eve. Seated straight away on table for two. Warm inside on chilly evening. Service was good/friendly with waiters coming up when wanted each time and the drinks and food came at the proper time. Wine was nice and our lasagne was very good with extra spice to make it interesting, and also very hot. Dessert was OK though the coffee could have been larger.Value for money OK. We both enjoyed it.

We had a lovely meal here. I had the sea bass which was delicious and my husband had a pizza which he thoroughly enjoyed. We were staying at Crouchers and it was lovely to find a restaurant that wasn't too formal. It also had a good choice of drinks. We visited during their one year anniversary and were sitting in front of the live music which meant it was quite difficult to carry on a conversation which was the only drawback. Overall a lovely buzzy atmosphere and we would visit again.Hi Sue, we're so pleased to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed your recent meal and that you felt the sea bass was delicious and that your Husband enjoyed his pizza too! We're sorry to hear that you felt it difficult to hold a conversation due to the music, we will take this on board and use it constructively in the future. Thank you for your review and we do hope to welcome you again soon!

Sought out somewhere to eat Italian while in Fareham. Closest was Emsworth that showed any potential. Super place, super service super food & super sized portions. Just as other reviewers have said. Sometimes you wonder if something is true but this really is. A gem of a place amongst the ordinary and the chains. Be warned. Book for at least for Friday and Saturdays. Don't think you will have a quiet meal. The others diners are having too much fun and talking about the portion sizes. A must if you can make it there. Near enough to portsmouth but you need a car.

The ASK Italian restaurant in Chichester is in a classical redbrick building on East Street at the junction with Little London. Weâre in the heart of town, perfect for popping in for a coffee, spot of lunch or dinner with friends before exploring the loca
After an exciting last day of the Goodwood Revival Festival nearby we changed into 'civvy clothes' and headed for dinner at the highly recommended ASK Italian. The place was crowded and buzzing but we had fortunately booked a table weeks ahead. The service was brisk and efficient. Drinks arrived almost immediately and the meals were not long in the waiting. Enormous servings in all the dishes, particularly the pizzas. Flavours were authentic and well matched, each of our six declared this restaurant an excellent choice.
