On the island of Bornholm, in the city of Rønne, is the Green Solution Restaurant. We went there for a special night out.The food is organic and mostly local, and the meal was excellent and creatively presented. We were very impressed. The service was also very good. Three things could have been better, and the first was out of their control. They had been unable to get lamb this particular night, and that had been my first choice on the menu., so I was a little disappointed. The descriptions on the menu, both in Danish and in English were not very appealing, and even hard to understand what they were talking about. When I ordered, I had almost no idea what I was getting. So the menu needs some help. And the last thing was that they had no brewed decaf coffee, which is a must after an evening meal. But don't get me wrong,the meal was excellent.

The owner seemed extremely passioned about pizza, and was indeed very good at making them, but he definitely need someone to help him with the logistics. Our first pizza arrived after 50 minuter from order, the second after 60 minutes, and there was maximum six parties at the restaurant. All waiting. On top of this the overall service was medioker, pizzas were misdelivered and had to be sent back and the staff didnât seem to care. Even though the food was delicious itâs not worth a long wait. Dear Oliver,Thank you for your visit. We are very sorry to hear that you didn't have a good experience last night. Due to illness we were understaffed and therefore it took longer time to make the pizze. We hope to see you again a day without waiting time.

Venezia mainly serves Italian dishes. But the daily menu offered us "danish" dishes. Our children loved the spaghetti and ragout, "best food on the entire trip" according to them. We enjoyed the food as well. Friendly staff, not so knowlable about the food and wine, probably due to they were Summer staff. But they did their best with a smile and we got what we wanted. Not very accessible for strollers or wheel chairs

Very friendly and service oriented staff. We were given two used parasol for free when they were sold out in the shop. The homemade pizzas and burgers were excellent with natural ingredients. Lots of parking. Easy beach access within 100 meters Credit card payment with swipe worked wellWe were overall very happy with the visit and recommend this place when in Bornholm
