This is the best pizza I've ever had. They make their own vegan Mozarella and Pecorino substitutes that taste amazing. The pizzas are authentic Napoli style and just fantastic. Even hard core meat eaters should give this place a try, for example the kebab pizzas.

I have been a fan and frequent visitor of Foccacia since Italians ruled the store.Unfortunately new non Italian owners have lower the standard both of food quality and service and it is obvious that have no idea of italian food.Pasta I got last times I visited the restaurant have no comparison with the standard I knew.Food was precooked,with an oily sauce slightly burned and a putanesca that has no relation with real putanesca(it even contained broccoli!!!!!!).What is more it was unacceptable that my plate was dirty from previous food that hadn't removed from the dishwasher .It is so pitty that they use the same name since it is a totally different restaurant...and most locals don't know that!

We were here at lunch and were lucky to get a table. It was like it was meant to be. The pasta was perfect, and I have eaten pasta, pasta and pasta. Pasta is very hard from teh bottom with dry, overcooked, tasteless pasta to this, perfect pasta. Borås has a lot of places to eat, but as a small tow, not that much people. This makes it necessary for the newly opened restaurants to get their stuff together and Sapori makes it! There are two pasta restaurants worth mentioning Borås and that is Sapori and La Focaccia.Thank you very much for your fine words about us! You're welcome back anytime!

Great, mixed asian buffet and a really nice price! Good food, fresh and a lot of different dishes. Even the sushi buffet was quite ambitious with a variety of different kinds of nigiri and maki. Of course, as always is the case with sushi in a buffet, the rice is a bit dry.

Use to be quite good but for any reason food got below average. Strong Garlic taste no flavours in general, Entrecote fillet just full of fat and not proper grilled... Frustration!!

Found this little gem on Trip Advisor, thanks to the raving reviews. Do believe the hype! Excellent wines, carefully selected and served with a friendly smile. I had a platter with antipasto that was truly delicious, including a piece of Testun Occelli al Barolo.Can warmly recommend this charming place if you are in BorÃ¥s, looking for food and wine bliss.Next time Iâll try the Danish handcrafted beer!

We had a wonderful dinner at Vinci. Food was delicious - a mix between Italian and Swedish - and service impeccable (thank you Shaune!!).We had the cheese and charcuterie plate: rich and decadent, superb selection of charcuterie - prosciutto, salame, pancetta, capocollo- and cheeses). We also had fish tartare - fresh and balanced -, Swedish mozzarella- what a surprise!Main course was the beef tartare, bistecca and fish with roasted vegetables...all delicious.There is a great wine list too....Net, a great address in Boras...Thank you so much for your kind words Stefano.
