An Italian Eatery and Wine Bar specializing in Charcuterie, Rotisserie, Bakery, Espresso, and Wine. We offer 60 different wines by the glass and 10 craft beers on tap.
We went for lunch. There method of ordering if at the counter and then they bring your food out. None of us had been there before and the menu has some confusing words and offerings. It would have been better to have been seated with a waitress to help answer all our questions. Everything we ordered was very tasty and good portion size. We all wanted ice water but they only have water out of a weird faucet type thing. No ice. In the back part of the building is a wine bar. We are planning on trying that some evening after work.

The food is always delicious and there is a wide variety. The soups are well made and pair well with the other foods offered. The salad bar has a wide selection of vegetables and salad dressings, as well as toppings. The desserts satisfy your sweet tooth, too! The options for beverages are endless! It is overall a wonderful place to have a meal! Highly recommended!

This was one of the most impressive customer services I have ever received. It started with the waitress, Kayla (I hope I get all these names right). She was very friendly and patient and did good with her suggestions all the way through. Then, while I was there, a mishap happenned outside on some ice with an old friend I coincidentally saw there. They rushed to make sure he was ok. he accidentally spilled his leftover food as well. They cooked him a new plate altogether. Then when he left, the manager Brian watched from the inside to make sure he safely made it into his vehicle ok. Everybody seemed concerned, which is honorable. Then as we finished up, (I think his name was?) Kailib came to our table to make sure everything was good. He spotted what we had and asked how we liked it and gave us proper containers to hold our food and sauces. Very friendly. He is only 16. Kayla also included some more bread for us without us even requesting any. This made for an overall impressive staff-better than most ma-pa places I must admit even. I would like to add, this kind of service would make you go back for another try even if you didnt like the food. But the food was good too. If I could rate a 10 tonight I would. Thank you for making an enjoyable night with my wife at your restaurant tonight, Carinos of Bismarck, ND.

This was a gem we found in a shopping center off the interstate. They have a variety of pizza, sandwiches and salads. The Chicken Parmigiana Sandwich was delicious. If you don't want the footlong that's on the menu, they also have a half sandwich (which was plenty of food). The Pizza is also good, whether you want a large one to share or a single slice for yourself. The employees were very friendly and helpful with explaining the menu choices.

Come to Bruno's Pizza for award-winning specialty pizzas, pastas, salads, calzones or desserts! Locations in Bismarck & Minot, stop in for lunch or dinner.
Just another ordinary pizza for a NYC gal. Thought it would be special BUT just like any other disgusting mid west/northwest pizza. Not up to our standards. Sorry but will never order again when i travel for businesses. Fast delivery but garbage by my standards.

We had been there for a end of year business dinner. I was told that the appetizers had been preordered. Our table only received two of the four that had been ordered, both were good but I really wanted to try the walleye cakes but our table never received them. The apple and manchego salad was wonderful, as were the butterhorns. Next was the steak au poivre and crispy chicken thighs. The steak was ordered as a medium rare but was served as a medium at best. One side of the steak was definitely over cooked, the brussel sprouts actually stole the show of that plate. The chicken was good but my wife missed the fact that it had Tennessee hot sauce on it. She was not a fan of that but I liked it. Dessert was the bread pudding which was the normal bread pudding fare, nothing stood out with it. We had a rather large group so I can understand the steak issue. Service was hit and miss. A few people had to go get there own drinks after waiting for 15-20 minutes after putting in their drink order in and not receiving them yet. As my first time there I will go back and try it out without the large group to see if a few things equal out. We very much appreciate your feedback! We apologize about the steak and the drinks. We strive for the best and hopefully we have smoothed out some of the issues. Again thank you very much your feedback!

a co-worker and I stopped her for lunch - we ordered the tried and tested Soup, Salad and Bread sticks. Service was quick and courteous. The soups were grate - we had 2 helpings. The salad was fantastic and the bread sticks are addictive. It is a great meal option for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Fireflour is a Neapolitan Pizzeria & Craft Coffee Bar located in Downtown Bismarck.
Very good and unique pizza. My husband and I shared the Little Star medium salad and a Marco pizza. We appreciated the organic salad greens; the dressing was perfectly tossed throughout. The onions were overpowering but other than that we both enjoyed the salad. The pizza was delicious with a nice thin crust and interesting blend of flavors. The toppings were sparse and only a couple pieces of chicken on the entire pizza, but the fennel and cheeses were a nice combination. We will most likely return next time we visit Mandan.
