My husband and I are pizza addicts and are always in search of a GREAT pie (not just 'good'). Here is Crystal River, THIS one is the best we have found. By the slice or the whole pie, their New York Style pizza never disappoints. A must try for pizza lovers.

AnnMarie at Tuscany On The Meadows did an outstanding job with our wedding. She coordinated everything and everyone to make our special day perfect. She and her staff were very professional and did an awesome job. The food was great, the room and decorations were perfect for the occasion. They all went above and beyond with their service and friendly smiles. Everyone had a great time and we had lots of great compliments from family and friends that attended. My wife and I were out and about and decided to stop at Angelo's for lunch. It's a quaint restaurant located in a strip mall. The menu offers Soups, Salads, Quick Lunch Items, i.e., N.Y. Swirl; Spinach Roll; 2 slices of Pizza w/drink, Sandwiches, i.e, Classic Club; Turkey Panini; French Dip & more. I chose the special of the day Sausage Parmigiana with a side of French Fries. I enjoyed this selection very much. It was bigger than I expected so I took 1/2 home for another time. My wife had the 2 slices of Pizza with Iced Tea. The Pizza was a little thinner she prefers, but she did enjoy it. Our server was very polite, attentive, and professional. The place was very clean with ample seating indoor for dining in, and they have carry-out, as well as delivery services. An inexpensive Italian family restaurant with splendid food, friendly service, and a comfortable setting. We have eaten their pizza (veggie is especially delicious), calzones, subs and entrees (eggplant parm is a favorite and well done). If you go in the evening you almost always will find families, gatherings of friends, and couples. Go once, you will return without a doubt. They do a busy takeout business as well. Moschellos II is surpassingly better than another Italian restaurant at the intersection of 41 and Lecanto Hwy about a mile east.

Was there the other day to get a quick lunch, I called ahead so I could just walk in pay and on my way. I arrived just before noon, there were several patrons in front of me, as I watched this gentleman collect money make change , the he turns to his left to make other pizza, with plastic gloves or anything, I asked him if he knew that money was probably one of the most caring germ items that he can hold in his hand ? look at and said he was real busy and what was my name so he could retrieve my pizza . I looked at him and said really and walked out the door. went across the parking lot to Hungry Howie's , got my pizza, at least they were weaning gloves

As a member of the Community watch program a resident of Pine Ridge treated the volunteers to a pizza dinner. It was the first time that I visited Ridge Pizza and was very pleased with the service and the meal. Ridge pizza is a small establishment with both indoor seating and take out. The service was prompt and the pizza very tasty. They also offer a variety of subs which if as well prepared as the pizza one would not be disappointed. The prices are very reasonable per slice or whole pie. If in the area stop by as you will not be disappointed as I know I will be back.

Our first visit to Valentino's, who also happen to be seated at his table coloring Minnie Mouse. He is the owner's son. We went into the restaurant and were greeted with hello's. We stood there waiting to be told to be seated or wait for hostess. Finally, a server said, Oh just have a seat anywhere. Service was prompt then. We had one order of spaghetti and meatballs, it was very tasty and a very good portion. It came with a small salad and bread. (the bread seemed old and not fresh) we didn't eat it because it was too dry. We were asked if they could replace it and we declined. We also ordered parmesan and garlic chicken wings. They were tasty but way over cooked. The chicken meat inside was as crunchy as the outside..a little disappointing as we were told they were very good. The decor is minimal inside. The floor looked to need a good scrubbing. Unfortunate that our first visit did not impress. It is ADA compliant and room for wheelchair at a table. There is booth and table seating. No outside dining. The bathroom (ladies) needed some attention. Would be nice to have toliet paper available. Friendly service.They do serve beer and wine. They also have hot and cold subs, pizza, dinner entrees.
