Saturday night about 5:15. About 5 tables filled. Server took our order. I ordered stromboli, wife ordered a shrimp dish. Thatâs when our server disappeared. We waited 30 minutes for our food (which was brought to us by another server). Server never came back to check on us or give us refills. Food was good. When we finished, server walked by our table several times but didnât stop. We had to flag her down to get our check and to-go boxes. The restaurant was not busy. It was Homecoming night, but the kids didnât start to arrive until after we had our order in for 20 minutes. We have NEVER been there ignored like that from a server. There are too many better choices in NW Arkansas for a restaurant to give such poor service. Did not get the name of the server, but she was short, dark hair, Asian heritage. She was either brand new to serving, or really bad.

Having spent last summer in Naples, Italy, this is about as close to Neopolitan-style pizza as you're going to get in the middle of the map. Very thin crust, perfect sauce and cheese ratios. What really make this place special is the outdoor dining. We happen to be there during a festival, so there was music, sunshine and lots of happy people around. Really enjoyed this and will definitely be back.

Hadnât tried Fiamma yet, so thought weâd try them for our anniversary dinner. Wife had scallops special, I had Alaskan Halibut. Both were good, but my fish came with roasted potatoes which were cooked at some point, but not with my dish as they were ice cold. Glad we ordered a side of crispy potatoes. Salad was very bland. Foccia bread was very good. With two specials, one salad, one side, no drinks....with tip, $100. It was good, but not $100 good. Hi 1969RS we are sorry you did not have a great experience with us. We strive to have incredible food and great service. Please reach out to us at [email protected] we would love to make this right! We have never had an issue with our potatoes but we will meet with our kitchen staff to address this issue so it does not happen in the future. We also make all of our own pasta, bread, and sauces. We source our ingredients locally as much as possible and support small farms which increases our cost but we believe it is well worth it!

We had the 16âGrub's Choice. Pepperoni, crumbled Italian sausage, purple onions, mushrooms, marinara, & mozzarella cheese and added pepperoni. The menu should include salt as a topping because there was plenty. I like to say something positive so here it is: edible. (barely edible.) Their version of âtraditional crustâ is the hard thin over cooked gas station cardboard variety. Some folks like that. I am not a member of that group. The cheese had a chewy gluely quality that I didnât care for. The purple onion was almost enough for one slice. Not sure what happened to the mushrooms. I didnât see any.The best part is you can feed lots of people. There were six of us and we only ate half of the pizza. Other half went to the back yard possum. All in all, just about what Iâd expect from a back woods gas station/deli for 10 bucks. At $28.06 Iâll give it a one because I canât give it a zero.

We went on a Sunday night, after a weekend of mountain biking. The server was friendly, the menu has a lot of yummy options and our food arrived quickly. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Bentonville.
