Looking for a healthy vegan option in Belchertown was interesting, especially since we were hungry. Usually there are a few things that can be adapted on any given menu. This was the second restaurant we had stopped in to looked at the menu. We ordered a tossed salad which was iceberg lettuce with cucumber, tomato and onion. All were fresh. Since we were splitting everything the waitress brought two dressings on the side. We also ordered the sweet potato fries and a small white pizza without the cheese, just veggies on a very delicious crispy homemade crust! It worked well. The cook wasn't sure if it would stay on the crust.... success. The fries were excellent. The coffee was strong, just like my partner likes it. Our total was about $36, including tip. That seemed a bit steep considering we didn't get either cheese or meat on the pizza. The bill listed the items we got, not the prices.The server was flexible, very friendly and attentive. If Michelle weren't there, it would be a whole different place. We stayed for a while after lunch and this appeared to be no problem. It was not very busy. It would have been nice if they had wifi but..... not everywhere does and the cell reception was fine.

My wife and I ate outside amid mostly empty tables. Service was unpleasantly slow even with few patrons inside. The duck olive bruschetta was overpowered by the olive tamponade, no chance for the duck or citrus to come through. My basil rhubarb salad was a failure, but by its extreme tartness and by the essentially raw large rhubarb chunks. The entree was the pasta special, tough overcooked chicken with a wide noodle that was overall bland. Even salt didn't help bring any flavor. Dining experience was disappointing for all 3 dishes, unambitious service, and a stiff price. Not recommended.
