Batavia (/bəˈteɪviə/) is a city in DuPage and Kane counties in the U.S. state of Illinois. A suburb of Chicago, it was founded in 1833 and is the oldest city in Kane County. During the latter part of the 19th century, Batavia, home to six American-style windmill manufacturing companies, became known as "The Windmill City." Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, a federal government-sponsored high-energy physics laboratory, where both the bottom quark and the top quark were first detected, is located in the city.

What sets Aurelio's apart from other Chicago-style pizza? We're different because we use only quality ingredients, serve a variety of generous sizes, and specialize in customizing orders to suit each individual taste. Since 1959, the Aurelio family has be
I like this restaurant. The service is usually good. But the quality of what comes out of the kitchen can be spotty. Sometimes you get a great pizza... sometimes you donât. This time was not a good experience. Dirty silverware, cold appetizer, & subpar pizza. Not enough consistency to leave a favorable review, so I left an average review.

Phone: 331.248.0263Closed on MondaysRecently opened near Metra Station in Geneva. The Caprese (Antipasto) was delicious and the presentation was unique. Margheria pizza did not disappoint and I will return to try additional 12" brick oven pizza selections
I went here many times before they remodeled And loved it. Today I went there since they remodeled and ordered my crabcakes, not so good. They shouldâve called it corn bread with flavored crab meat if you can even find the crab meat. The arugula salad was so salty that I guzzled a glass of water down quickly. Our server never came to check on us. I was so thirsty I was eating my friends ice cubes from her leftover water. Very disappointed. I wonât go there again. Very sad

We came to Livia in Geneva on a Sunday afternoon. The waitstaff is excellent and everyone working that we encountered was friendly. The food was creative and expertly crafted, although the menu was somewhat limited. We sat outside on the patio and with an umbrella it was perfect. This is Geneva, so prices are somewhat on the higher side. For 3 of us with 2 glasses of wine apiece and 3 entrees and 2 apps, the total was $200 with tax and 20% tip. It was a delightful afternoon.

Food****Ambiance****Service****I had the chicken fettuccine Alfredo. The chicken was a tad on the bland side. We also had the tortellini which was a little better than the Alfredo. The ambiance was nice on the outside patio and service was also good. Chiantiâs is a decent Italian Restaurant.

We ate here together as a couple last year and enjoyed the food with good service. We tried the calamari before our meal, which was a bit under cooked. I ordered ravioli and my husband ordered steak, which were both delicious. Service was excellent. We then came here this month for a friend's surprise 40th birthday where we were all packed in tightly in a room and some of us spilled out into the bar area to have some breathing room and cool air. The appetizers served were not all that great; again the calamari was a bit under cooked and the pizza tasted bad. Drinks were served promptly.

Gia Mia was our lunch time visit to celebrate a birthday. It was very busy at 1:00 PM so we were glad for our reservation. Interior design was welcoming and the wait staff was friendly. Their pizza was tasty and seemed authentic. The steak salad was presented well and good. The prices, however, are a little high for what you receive..

Thought it would be nice to try as somewhere we had not been. Were seated in an area where apparently there was no server assigned. After a ten minute wait when no one came to the table we asked to be reseated. The service in the other area was much better so apparently you have to make sure the hostess is putting you in an area which is actually be served. I can't imagine how difficult getting good service would be if the place was busy.

My husband and I were on a legit date night and ate at Riganatos. The food was excellent! Highlights of our cuisine included the calamari with Banana peppers and olive oiland giant ricotta stuffed meatballs. The entire place is super clean you can even see into the kitchen where everyone seems happy and the place is buzzing. The front of the house staff is truly top notch. Clearly they have trained their staff well and the people who work there are proud of what they do- and they should be. Go eat here.

Ever since owner Wendy Reed DiBenedetto opened her comfortable downtown Batavia eatery in 2014 (formerly known as Gaetano's Batavia), satisfied patrons have returned for the wide selection of fine Italian flavors featured on the popular restaurant's menu
This is some of the most delicious food We have consumed. It may be pricy but because of the chef's ability to produce such delectable flavors and blends of ingredients, it's worth it! The service is outstanding. Truly a dining experience we always enjoy! We like everything we have tried and our favorite appetizer is the calamari wrapped asparagus with special sauce.
