An absolutely stunning building and great food. We did not feel overly welcome here. We felt that because we did not eat like Italians, i.e. Starter, first course, second course, dessert (because we could not physically eat that much) the staff appeared slightly hostile. We were then ignored for quite a while. After asking for the bill we again waited for ages, eventually going to the desk, where it had still not been made up.All in all, a slightly bitter taste in the mouth.

This is the restaurant for you if you want to taste truffles recipes and not waste a fortune. This family run restaurant is simple, and maybe a little outdated, but cleanliness, kindness and excellent food more than compensate any (unlikely) failures. If you order beef and truffles with a side of rapunzolo (a local weed) and red wine you will not be disappointed.Price is excellent.

Let me start off by saying this place is a kilometer from my house. The food is amazing, the chef only uses the freshest ingredients. The menu does change maybe every month or two depending on what vegetables are in season. In the summer, there is a little wine bar built into a cave behind the restaurant. The employees don't speak very much English, but it's not hard to get by. It's small and would recommend a reservation. When the tables are full for the evening, you won't be getting in.

We dined at Giuliano Baldessari's (former sous chef at Le Calandre) recently opened restaurant after reading and hearing several enthusiastic comments.The restaurant has modern and minimalist furniture and let the guest stare at the brigade, since there isn't any wall dividing the kitchen from the dining room.Even though there are several matching points with Le Calandre (no tablecloths, focus on food lightness and low fats, informal service), Aquacrua has already its own character and I'm sure it will very soon gain the fame it deserves.All the dishes we tasted has impressed our palates as well as our sight and smell, carpaccio with oysters, fake pasta (celeriac), pigeon, sorbetto, it's very hard to pick a dish that really stand out, because all of them would fit in a 3 Michelin star menu.The wine pairings, proposed by Gloria, accompanied harmonically the food, with some very good choices like Manincor.Our advice? Go there before it gets seriously hard to book a table.

It's a new place, which opened in August 2017. Great interior and the toilets were really clean. Absolut plus in this areaThe food was really good at a fair price.Just the communication was a lil difficult.
