Reviews on Italian food in Almeria, Province of Almeria, Spain. Founded by the caliph of Cordoba, this Andalucian city on Spain’s southeast coast is a reminder of the region’s Muslim history. The Alcazaba, a massive fort, dominates the city and affords amazing views. Also worth experiencing are the cathedral and the Almeria Museum. East of the city is the rugged, desolate Cabo de Gata-Nijar coast, a protected area. To the west is the resort area of Roquetas de Mar, featuring vast beaches.

We came here on a visit to Almeria with a friend who highly recommended the restaurant. We were not disappointed. On entering the resteraunt the first thing that hit us was the smell of a wood fired pizza oven which to me is always a great sign. We started with a type of "Garlic bread" more of a cheese Calzone generously topped with garlic, this was so tasty!I shared a pizza and pasta alfredo with my wife which were both excellent, and I had a Panna cotta to finish which was a great way to finish a great meal. The service was great and the food very reasonably priced.

We went to this place because of the Good score at TripAdvisor. And I was very disapointed due to the service level.Food was very very Good but service was not acceptable. Only 6-8 tables in use and they were 5-6 employees meaning they had plenty of time to handle us. It was like on girl trying but the rest were busy talking to each otherHello,First of all, we would like to apologise and thank you for having taken the time to send us your e-mail about our restaurant in AlmerÃa, as it is comments like yours that help us to improve greatly. We have forwarded the incident to the relevant supervisors in order to prevent situations like the one you describe from happening again. We do hope that you will give us another chance. Many thanks.Best regards,Customer Care Dept.La Tagliatella

Italian food, where it will be possible enjoy his magnificent traditional plates as well as the real domestic pizza
We ate here on our penultimate afternoon and liked it so much we went back the next day. It may look a little more expensive than some of the other eateries, but you pay for what you get. The portion sizes were bigger and the food tastes authentic. Everything we had was really tasty and the service was very efficient.Muchas gracias por su visita y valoración

Located within the marina complex this restaurant offers al fresco dining overlooking the marina, dining at the rear with views of the beach and sea and quality dining in the interior. The atmosphere is relaxed in a smart casual setting. The menu offers a great range with an Italian influence and superb fish options. The personal service is also top notch and friendly.

We are an Italian start-up operating in the food's field. Our mission: spreading the authenticity of Italian's kitchen in an innovative and informal way.
A little restaurant, with a little terrace on the beach. Friendly staff and very good food. We all had pizza (2 with the 5 cereals dough) and we love it. Finally a real Italian Pizza. Dear Daniell, thank you so much for your review. Hope to see you again soon Best regards

We visited La Tagliatella Italian restaurant that is situated within the fairly new Torrecardenas shopping mall in central Algeria, for lunch on Wednesday 30th January 2019. I am rather surprised to find that this venue is not yet listed on Trip Advisor even though we were given a Trip Advisor information card before leaving the restaurant. It is a very well appointed eating place with plenty of very comfortable seating. The ambience is refined and upmarket. The table linen and place settings are impressive in these times of bare, minimalist fashion. Staff are helpful, cheerful and friendly. The menu is well laid out with plentiful choices and illustrations. Sadly, there is little gluten free choice for my wife who is coeliacs. We both elected for the seafood salad which was excellent. The wines can be bought by the glass and we found the white and rose wines first class. A little disappointed that cava was only available by the bottle and that the smaller Benjamins were not available. The coffee was excellent. There were no gluten free desserts available for my wife. This is a well managed and staffed restaurant that we hope to return to with friends and family.
