I suppose that if you're just getting a beer here, this might be okay... but I was totally disgusted when my spouse found multiple hairs in his potatoes. My daughter, who is a pesto & pasta lover, absolutely hated her pasta, calling it "slimy." My food was okay, but once I saw the hair in my husband's food, I was too horrified to continue eating. To top it off, our waitress added a 30 soles "service" charge to our bill, claiming it was a "tax" (we'd only paid up to 10 soles as a surcharge at restaurants in Peru before). This, after getting my husband's beer order wrong, not once, but twice. I regret that I spent a single sole here, but even more so that I wasted a dinner when I could have been eating delicious peruvian food at a clean restaurant, with ethical staff, in aguas calientes.

We are a quiet space, outside the commercial noise of Machupicchu town, we combine nature, gastronomy and Peruvian drinks.

This restaurant was fantastic. The service was top notch and the food was even better! Generous sizes portions! And the food was excelente. So much flavor. The place is a little hard to find as itâs in the back part of town but defiantly a high culture experience. In the pizzeria we prepare the best pizzas in the city. Our staff has the slogan to attend the clients with great care. We do not charge taxes. The attention is very fast. The dishes we serve are very fresh and prepared instantly.

I really liked this restaurant and ate hear three times. The people are very friendly and the food was really good. It didnât feel touristy even though it was right in the middle of things next to the station overlooking the river. I tried a number of local dishes all of which I loved. They even had good Wi-Fi

We were walking by and this guy approached us to offer a âlunch specialâ, and it really was. For 30 soles, we had entry, main course desert... and a complimentary pisco sour.He had criolla soup, alpaca meat and quinoa pancakes as dessert.Recommended!

Went here after our day at Machu Picchu before we caught the train back to Cusco. The service was excellent and they were mindful of our scheduled departure. The food was incredibleâwe enjoyed the Ensalada mixta and a Hawaiian pizza. The salad was so good, and so welcomed after a strict diet of steak elsewhere in S. America. The pizza was definitely the best we tried during our time in South America. Definitely recommend to go during your time in AC.

I stayed in Aguas Calientes for two nights to visit Machu Picchu. Ate at a number of restaurants, but Incontri was by far my favorite. Ended up eating twice - one dinner and one lunch because of how much I enjoyed the dinner. Pizza was fantastic, crust was nice and thin with a good crunch. Toppings tasted fresh and were nicely varied. Had a vegetarian pizza for dinner and a sausage parmesan mushroom one for lunch. Both were filling, and if I hadn't been on long hikes might have been large enough for two to share.They have WiFi, but you need to ask for the password. Didn't try dessert, but was offered without pressure.Interestingly we were there for dinner on holloween evening, and the staff were fantastic with the kids coming in for candy.All around great service and great food!Estimado ClienteEstuvimos muy contentos de atenderle y querÃa extender la mano y decirte gracias por entrar a nuestro restaurante, aunque fácilmente podrÃas haber ido al local de al lado.
