Upon finally working through the rules and time frames on ordering and the restaurant wanting to add 3-4 dollars for any change up (From a very discourteous waitress), We reluctantly ordered only to receive a very chemical tasting bowl of noodles and sauce. The manager was also very non understanding about the quality of the dish and was uncompromising on comping the nearly full plate left uneaten on the plate. It was our first time in and last time to try this place. Horrible experience.
My wife and I absolutely love and adore Bucci and Tina (owners/managers) at Roma as well as the service and food. I don't believe we've ever had a bad dish and any small issues we've had are taken care of immediately. Highly recommend for a quieter Italian meal experience and overall best Italian food in Ada!

The service was quite slow considering there was only four tables occupied when we were there. The pizza was average tasting, not bad, but not good enough that I want to go back. The facility smelled like the carpet needed cleaning. The staff seemed sluggish and didn't attempt to explain any of the specials. After I ordered I realized I could have gotten 2 pizzas for what I paid for one if I had seen the flyer first. Also, the cheese and pepper shakers didn't appear clean. Sad that this Mazzios didn't live up to the one I usually go to in Stillwater.
Where to eat Diner food in Ada: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Went here once a very long time ago. Form wouldn't let me choose any older visit than Oct '13. Will never step foot inside this place again. Everything was bad. It was dirty. Employees didn't care. Waited foreeeevvvvvveeeeerrrr to be waited on and then again for the food. Was there for well over 1 1/2 hours and had to stand at the counter asking for my pizza to go, finally. Never again as long as I live will I go in this restaurant.
