This is a very traditional Irish pub, complete with dark wood fittings and furniture. Itâs also a very popular and very noisy place, absolutely packed when we visited on a Friday evening. Fortunately we got there early and got the last available table. Staff were really friendly though and did not try to rush us. We ordered from the Daily Specials menu and the food was actually really good, better than I was expecting.

Rowan Tree Café Bar is in the most beautiful location overlooking the river Fergus in the centre of Ennis. Our building is one of the oldest in Ennis, a former Gentleman's Club built in 1740, steeped in history and character where our high ceilings, open
Had a good experience here when we visited Ennis. Sat out on the terrace overlooking the river Fergus with our dog and the staff were very good to serve us and to make sure we were not left waiting long even though they were very busy. The food was lovely, i had the pasta bolognaise and my partner had the fish and chips which he said was equally as good.

Dined on a busy Saturday night and was fortunate to sit next to a great local couple who we talked to all through dinner. Ribs were great as recommended to us by our new local friends. Pub is lively and busy but staff comes by regularly and makes sure you have enough to drink and eat. Enjoyed our dinner.

Vaughan's Pub was wonderful trip back in time. Life is simple here and the owners and patrons treated us so kindly. "Like Family" The beer was fresh. The food was great! Service was superb. Our thanks to Orla, Mark & Kay for making this event so memorable!

The Town Hall provides excellent food from local produce in an historic setting surrounded by original art. It has been rated by Paolo Tuillo, renowned restaurant critic as Best Value Restaurant in Ireland in 2013. Favourite dishes include Herb crusted Ra
sadly disappointed with order of monkfish and crab claws, as we have dined in this establishment regularly over the years and never had a complaint before this but with fine dining prices I don't believe there is any excuse for overcooked fish and nearly incinerated crab claws.

I visited Cafe Aroma with my daughter recently. She had the full Irish and I had my favourite,Eggs Benedict. The service was excellent, we were seated almost immediately and though it was busy we had our order taken within minutes of being seated. The staff were smiling and friendly, the service was excellent and the food was to die for. Highly recommend Cafe Aroma. Great food, great staff, great vibe.

A new Bistro and Wine Bar in Ennis, modern Irish cuisine & Good service, serving Lunch & Dinner Wednesday to Sunday.
Firstly - I have eaten here four times and each time the food has been sublime and the staff have been fantastic. This one particular visit was no easy task for any restaurant - 15 of us had booked in for a family birthday celebration, but the staff were so accommodating & friendly. We each had 3 courses and everyone all but licked the plates clean each time. Not one of us had anything negative to say. Beautiful food and a really lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit - Henryâs has become one of my favourite spots in town to eat. Hi rebeccaog90,Thanks very much for your post, and thanks very much for all the visits you've made to us, we really appreciate your business. Delighted to read how much everyone enjoyed the evening with us here at Henry's.Dermot & all the Team.

Stopped in here when we were leaving the Burren, headed to Dingle. The food was EXCELLENT and the owner/bartender was very nice. He stopped and chatted with us for a little while, both him and his wife were very kind. And the restaurant was very cute.Dear Sarah C,We would like to say a big THANK YOU for the lovely review you have given us. We strive to provide top quality food and a relaxed atmosphere here at Dalys. We would love to see you back again when your travels bring you this way!

We are a family run Pub/restaurant, celebrating 25 years in Business . We are only 35 minutes from Shannon airport on the R476 on route to the Burren or Cliff's of Moher. We are well know for our great TRADITIONAL MUSIC SESSIONS every Wednesday , Friday &
Probably the most disappointing meal of our visit to Ireland. Village pub so no great expectations for lunch but paying 50 euros for two basic meals and 4 pints of coke is pretty expensive and fairly underwhelming fish and thai curry meal (is thai curry really meant to come with boiled potato and cauliflower in the curry? Or is that actually just putting general veg in the mix?). Close to The Burren so if you need fuel like we did then doable. Friendly service but otherwise pretty meh and paying twice the price for drinks as elsewhere nearby don't work.

Situated in the heart of medieval Ennis. This is a modern restaurant that serves fresh locally sourced produce. Wonderful to visit for a light bar meal during the day or more inventive cuisine in the evenings.
Starter of prawn tempura had to be returned twice due to the batter not being cooked through both time (was very concerned the prawns may not have been cooked through as well), Onion ring served with steak also had the same issue and steak was slightly over cooked for a medium steak, Dessert was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful and did not charge for the starters and offered my wife a complimentary drink.Thank You so Much for your feed back Redteel. I really am sorry that the prawns werent cooked right. The Wild Pink Prawn Tempura is our most favorite & top seller on the Menu. I assure you most people really love it. Sincere apologies on behalf of Chef too. I really hope it didnt spoil the evening for you.RegardsJimmy
