We had ordered a genuine Coca-Cola which the waiter broughr and poured in, the bottle however was already open and I could clearly taste that they had filled up a Coca-Cola bottle with local Cola, not very honest... We had the best pina coladas I've had anywhere at Cine Cafe. The cafe is right next door to the Etecsa store where you buy wifi cards, and the wifi in the cafe works well. We kept coming back for the good wifi and better pina coladas while we stayed in Vinales. Thanks!!!

Dined at La Pimienta after visiting the Vinales Caves to which it is conveniently located in a quaint rural location filled with oxen and the like. The food was hit and miss with both the tuna and red snapper being on the decidedly mediocre side, while their flan was one of the best in Cuba!?!

We had an absolutely nice dinner at this, a little hidden place. The food was good, freshly prepared on an outdoor charcoal BBQ. Awesome. The best, although, was the live and authentic Cuban band. Even the chef was dancing and singing. It was funny to watch and we felt quite entertained!

We had lunch in this outdoor restaurant in the Vinales area near the cave. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Three of us ordered vegetarian and were pleased with the quality and quantity of the dishes. Those who ate meat thought the food was okay, but they tasted ours and liked ours better. Each of us paid 15 cuc which was a bit pricey some of us thought. The bathrooms were clean which is always a positive because it reflects on their practice of cleanliness.

El Olivo is a very big restaurant with lots of tables. If you walk trough the restaurant you'll find a nice patio to enjoy your lunch or dinner. The staff was professional, but not very welcoming. I guess the restaurant was too busy for them to bother with that.The food (most of it locally sourced at their own organic farm) was good. The paella was served in a pan and the lasagne was at first even too hot to eat. I ordered a recommendation of the chef: the roast goatling with white wine and fresh rosemary sauce. I have to say the meat was very tender and as a whole I really enjoyed this meal. The white wine I drank with the goatling, was ok, quite a forgettable wine.

We absolutely loved it here! A lady in the tourist info centre recommended this place so we knew the food would be good. It was probably one of the more expensive meals we had in Viñales but even so it was very reasonably priced and everything we had, we loved. Arriving in Viñales is a luxury of nature, we all know that. You would expect to see beautiful mountains, caves, horses and humble people, thatâs for sure! But what you wouldnât expect is having such a delicious meal, and the most fancy national and international drinks for a simbolic price. Neigther would expect a place decorated like the most exclusive and expensive bars of Europe or America, specially having a 5 stars plus service and staff, and being so cheap in comparison with other places in the area or other places like Havana or Trinidad. Itâs then, a real pleasure to comeback every time Iâm in Viñales, cause I know I will always be surprised with the choice I make.Keep rocking it Cubar!!!

This restaurant receives only outstanding reviews. Statisticly impossible you'd say? Off course we were curious so we had diner here. Everybody talks about the location and I guess I can only agree on that one. Although we have to be careful to not exaggerate. The location is beautiful, but off course not unique. But let's not forget the most important thing of a restaurant: the food. The don't have a fixed menu and use mainly fresh products grown by themselves. A good concept if you ask me. But they serve nothing special and the taste isn't exciting. Maybe our high expectations contribute to our dissapointment on this matter.I am so sorry our food fell below your high expectations. We are especially careful in insisting on the freshness of our produce as in Cuba the availability of products is especially difficult so we have to be very creative with our menu...which changes according to seasons & availability.All feedback, good & bad is important to us. Thank you for taking the time to write a review.We will again attempt to make our menu more exciting for our guests.Best regards
