We went there on a sunny afternoon and found the place mostly empty. It draws larger crowds at night. The waiter was slow and it took awhile for him to stop talking to his friends and see if we wanted water or anything else for that matter. The de-emphasis on customer service is (by U.S. standards) is typical for this town - so we took it in stride. I had steak/eggs/fries and it was all pretty terrific. My two dates also loved their pasta dishes. If you say the name Romulo to a local they'll automatically say - "good food." Thank you very much for your opinion. Good critical and constructive. The restaurant is inside the mall and in the upper part of the street. In balcony, you can see the "beach" and the river. It's gorgeous! The food is great and you can choose meat, fish or pasta. The service is very good and the price is fair. I recommend if you can choose the outside part of the restaurant (balcony).

Restaurant con variada carta y precios moderados. Hay menú al mediodÃa y recomendaciones los fines de semana. Bien ubicado, ambientación simple, salón vidriado y posibilidad de sentarse en las galerÃas. Juegos para niños.
