Find out what International restaurants to try in Varanasi. The north Indian city of Varanasi, or Benares, is regarded as sacred by Hindus, Buddhists and Jains. Situated in the fertile Ganga valley and on the banks of the Ganges, Varanasi is a place of pilgrimage for Hindus, who come to bathe in the holy river. and Varanasi so far. I visit this restaurant every winter on my way to Nepal. Last winter I had a pizza, which was a disappointment. There wasn't much toppings neither much vegan cheese. This winter I had a tofu skewer, which was much better. Prices are quite high but I come back. Vegan restaurants are hard to find in India. Even this restaurant has cow cheese pizza options.

The restaurant is the best I experienced in Varanasi. The waiters were too dedicated to guests service, in my opinion too much. The food was delicious and the waiter's recommendations were very useful. The place is clean, spacious and well ventilated, very hard to achieve in Varanasi. The prices are fair and there is varied choices for every taste, having even italian and chinese food items available.I didn't try the desserts next door, but they looked wonderful!Just one thing to improve, but it's not in their hands, the appearance of the street to enter the restaurant is not the bes and can scare some visitors, but the inside look, food and service is very nice. Thank you for your kind words. Looking forward to serve you soon sir.

Wow. The food here is great and cheap (especially the Indian food), the manager (mahendra) is such a friendly guy, and it's a great place to get out of the heat and relax. Cushion seating at floor level, but they have tables as well.
