Went to this place yesterday and will never return! From the moment we entered we realised the place was freezing cold. We ordered a pot of coffee between 3 and 3 singles came out. 1 of us ordered a scone and it came out toasted NOT at our request! We asked for a kids portion of scrambled eggs and bacon but they tried to charge for an adults portion! Then when we queried why we were over charged for 2 meals we were told "well they are the prices on the till" but yet the prices didn't match their menus! Please avoid at all costs!!Well, âYou can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you canât please all of the people all of the timeâ.â Gracefully we send away majority happy customers than minority of unhappy one with whatever reason they have which we respect. Anyway, pot of coffee is the things of the pass, all our coffee is freshly grind and made to order with perfect aroma and temperature. As for the discrepancy of a few cents in the pricing, is the programming error in the register which we have rectified, we apologize. If you are ever in this part of the wood again, do drop by for a freshly baked scone and a full aroma coffee all on the house.Sorry for your bad experienced and hope we can make it right for your next visit.Best RegardsJulian

This is a relatively new local restaurant. It's an inn, or pub, it's out of the way, it's quite rural. We weren't rushing to visit, to be honest. I liked them on Facebook, and realised that the food looked far superior to the bog-standard "pub food" I'd expected.Myself and the husband paid them a visit, and they far exceeded our expectations. By the time we'd visited we expected it to be good - but not as good as it was. Nice seating area, really pleasant and efficient service, very warm welcome, and the food was excellent. Beyond excellent. Whole Hogg pork shoulder wrapped in crispy pork belly, tomato aoili, parsnip puree, roquette pesto, served with toasted walnuts and cranberries. How nice was it? Well, the husband and I visited last night, and tonight I have a friend staying, and we're returning for a second visit. The next day. You know when you go to a restaurant and start listing all the people who'd love it? Well, that.Delighted to have such a great place so local to me.

The food at Zucchini's was great! The vegetable soup and goat cheese three ways were our favorite. The wine was good and the service was great. We would definitely come back to this restaurant!

Had a lovely catch up with friends at this popular restaurant. We all opted for the tapas selections, different combinations for everyone but all equally delicious. Desserts were also well presented and very good!! The head waiter/Maitre D not really sure which, was less than friendly when he came to take our order, not exactly rude but not engaging with the customers, the same could be said for the waitress who presented the food, however we would probably return and thankfully our night wasnât spoiled by this. Last drinks in the bar in Woodrows and a totally different experience, the staff were so welcoming and friendly even tho it was the end of the evening!!

I have family who live by, so have eaten here a lot at different times when we visit them. In the last few visits we had several different meals at different times. The breakfast was very good. Really tasty and plentiful. We also had lunch and dinner there on other days and in both cases I had fish. Both times it was very overcooked, bordering on inedible. I also had chicken there for lunch another time and this was very good and tasty. Sometimes the accompanying chips were very good, but sometimes they were not hot enough & had lots of black bits on them. The staff generally are very nice & friendly, but sometimes when the place is very busy they can be a little abrupt.Consistency would really improve the experience here.
