The restaurant has a great interior design and is placed right in front of a green sceneray of different plantations. Just drive into the main entrance of the Mount Inle Hotel and you will find the restaurand behind the reception. The food is delicious and they have a nice cocktail card for resonable prices!

We visited this place three times during our four day stay in Nyaung Shwe: Once for dinner and twice for cake and coffee. Needless to say we really liked the place. The avocado salad is great and the burger is better than most places we've tried. The packaged bread they sell on the ground floor is fresh and delicious. We bought some bread and two Pain au Chocolat to bring on the night bus to Yangon.

As a wine enthusiast I was keen to see the only two wineries in Myanmar. We went here for lunch. We were shown the Dornfelder and Shiraz vines and then the winery. Our guide was fairly knowledgeable and able to answer most of our questions about the winery. The tasting was rather cursory; we were given samples of the Sauvignon Blanc, the late harvested Sauvignon Blanc, the Rosé (Shiraz and Muscat), and the red (Shiraz and Dornfelder with a little Tempranillo) with no commentary. Both whites tasted very chemical, the Rosé was a little better, and the red not too bad (but still a little tainted) given its price. The really strange thing is that when we drank the same wines on our travels around Myanmar they were much better, suggesting they had been badly stored in the winery restaurant. Our lunch was OK, but nothing special. Whilst we were in Myanmar we visited the only other winery, Red Mountain, and I think the scenery at Red Mountain was better, but the wines poorer. If you have visited wineries elsewhere in the world and know a little about wine I donât think it worthwhile visiting either vineyard in Myanmar.

Asian cuisine (Burmese) served which fully met expectations. Shan noodles were the main fare although there was a wide range of dishes offered on the menu. The serving staff were attentive to their customers and offered advice and explanations to the menu. Very good value for money here.Dear valued guest,Thank you for your feedback and we are glad to know that you had a great time with us.Hope to welcome you again.

The Restaurant Owner Ma Zar, she used to work in Thailand for almost two decades and returned to Myanmar to open this small restaurant in Nyaung Shwe. With her 20 years of working experience and bubbly personality, she and her friendly young staffs never fail to give great service and food to their customers. If you are looking for lunch / dinner or a good place for dessert, don't miss it and try their Thai, Myanmar and Shan Cuisines and homemade Ice Cream in different flavors!

We were keen to visit this restaurant after the great reviews and the support that the owner provides to local women. The homemade drinks were lovely and I can highly recommend the excellent lemongrass chicken noodle soup. My husband enjoyed his pumpkin curry and my children liked the chicken and vege curry. Unfortunately the service was very slow, but donât let this put you off (just come a bit earlier, before you are starving...). The building is very cute and small. Our waitress (I think she may have been the owner) was really lovely and spoke good English. There was a small selection of items for sale (including some bamboo straws and wooden spoons)We really enjoyed our visit to Paw Paw and recommend it to others.
