角館での花見の際にちょっと足を伸ばして立ち寄りました。角館からは車で20分ほどでした。今回はオススメの白みそラーメンをいただきましたが玉ねぎなどの野菜に加え山菜なども入っていて少し驚きましたがなかなかあいます。麺は中太でスープにも良くあって美味しくいただきました。

蔡很好，有當地知名的米卷在火鍋裡，門口的庭園是真的庭園，歷史悠久硅化木都形成了！小倉園悠揚的和式音樂，令人賞心悅目

You can have a tea and lunch here in the classic building. They offers several kinds of dishes and teas, such as fusion BBQ, Japanese lunch-box, today's lunch, and a cup of delicious coffee etc. Service and taste are nice. In autumn, you will see read leafs. Sit beside windows. Probably here is the only place you can have a meal in an original samurai-house in this area.

What a surprise to find such a great restaurant in sleepy Lake Tazawa! While the menu isn't entirely organic, it seems they try to incorporate local products and lots of fresh vegetables into the dishes. I'm a vegetarian and had no problems finding things on the menu. We really enjoyed our meal.
