Very good service here in a pleasantly updated building. We did find the lighting in the bar a little too bright. However, the service made up for it. Zakinah, the cocktail lady behind the bar was outstanding. Very nice service. Thank you.

Took my mum for her birthday for the Sunday carvery, it was like having a home made roast dinner. Proper roast potatoes crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside. You have a choice of pork, lamb, beef or turkey all served with a Yorkshire pudding. Although it is not carved at your table like the website says, it is carved in the restaurant at the end by the bar. It was served with parsnips, carrots, cabbage and cauliflower and broccoli cheese - I canât say anything else but DELICIOUS. I had apple crumble and custard for pudding which was OK but the crumble tasted a little raw, my mum had the trifle which wasnât really a trifle but fruit in cold custard - no jelly no sponge. It is because of the puddings that I gave this review four stars, if I was reviewing the roast dinner alone it would definitely have been five.
