Green Tara is a vegan restaurant/cafeterÃa located in the central area of Playa Honda. We serve a wide variety of food like burguers, a daily menu, hot dogs, pies, tarts, quiches, cakes, empanadas, etc. Catering service also available.
Everything was so fresh, tasty and beautifully served. We had some hummus and tacos to start with, and a Buddha bowl and ravioli. Amazing smoothies too. It was all so tasty and filling so we took their cakes home to enjoy later. Everything was delicious and fresh and people who work there are very friendly and lovely too. We loved it!Thank you very much for your comments! Hope to see you again!!!

Creative cuisine with local products. Roots, tradition and modernity in the Hesperides Restaurant.
Was at the Market in Teguise stopped off at Hesperides tapas restaurant, we ordered Jamon croquettes, alioi, roll & butter.Enjoyable tapas sitting outside. My wife had a glass of Lanzarote wine, blue bottle, very nice wine my wife said. I had a beer. There is a nice variety of dishes on the menu. Very nice inside the restaurant as well.

Our favourite restaurant remains top notch. I cannot add anything else to what I have already written about the Matagorda CC eatery. One waiter, Domingo, greeted us with his usual âMi amigos, family muy bien?â It means a lot that a waiter still remembers our grandchildren eating there a few years ago. Booking is advisable for preferred table.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meals here. Very good service. Four of us ate here, all different dishes for starters and mains. Restaurant fairly insignificant to look at but the food is lovely. If I had one small criticism, it would be that the sweets were mediocre in comparison to starters and mains.

I loved this place no English spoken so got to use my very limited Spanish but these are the places I seek out when on holiday why do we English speakers expect everyone to understand us when we do not make an effort to use their language. On this holiday to Lanzarote we went to the most local places yet and that is by choice the locals know where serves the best food and usually the cheapest.
