Reviews on International food in Reno, Nevada, United States. Nevada's "other" gambling and resort town, Reno is located in the western part of the state near the California border. What the city lacks in glitz or reputation it more than makes up for in attractions and amenities. There are first-rate hotels, golf courses and casinos to rival its southern counterpart and, also like Las Vegas, Reno has become a popular destination for families. Galena Creek Park offers nature trails that even young children can navigate, plus organized educational events for families.

beautiful restaurant, nice calm atmosphere. Its a great place to take your significant other. I wouldn't recommend taking small children. My 18 ye old son had the stake special and had a hard time eating it all, but he loved the food, my daughter had ordered a salad and the lobster appetizer and that was plenty of food for her, I ordered a side salad (not the best) and the salmon plate. salmon was cook perfectly but it was way to much food for me. Over all the food was good but a little over priced.Hello RaNell, We appreciate your 4-star rating and we are pleased you enjoyed your experience at our Roxy's. It is always rewarding for us to read our guests had a wonderful time and took the time to write about the experience. We are pleased everyone enjoyed the meals, sorry about your side salad not being the best. Best wishes and thank you, THE ROW Family

Toucan Charlie's serves up everything from salads and delicious desserts to juicy hand-carved meats and culinary delights from around the globe, the choices are practically endless. Enjoy made to order items like omelets and sizzling Mongolian BBQ in addi
We eat here frequently when visiting Reno. Their food is always fresh and of the highest quality. Their house-made pastrami at dinner time is as good as anywhere. The difficult part is deciding whether to have the pastrami or prime rib first. They have specials on breakfast after 8:30 a.m. on weekdays, except at 8:00 a.m. on Mondays (2 for 1). Their omelet station is also fantastic. Unlike many breakfast buffets, their sausages are great.Service is prompt as well.

With an enticing menu (soup, salads, meat and veggie options), and situated in a charming brick building a block from the Nevada Museum of Art, the Old Granite Street Eatery seemed like a great lunch choice. We ordered the pork belly starter - not the best I'd ever had (not to mention that the portion was pretty small) but pretty good. I'd ordered the pulled pork sandwich - choosing the salad option over shoestring potatoes. The pork was smothered in an overpowering BBQ sauce that could've come straight out of a bottle snagged from the shelf at the local supermarket. A few strands of flavorless coleslaw dotted the top of the mushy pork which flowed over the sides of the bun into the salad. The green salad was fairly plain - two types of lettuce with an unbalanced dressing - so tart that my mouth felt like I'd been chewing a slightly spoiled lemon. My friend had the grilled cheese sandwich - he liked it.
