When passing Lesce you are very welcome at Pension and Restaurant LESKI DVOR. As the village of Lesce is a tourist and pilgrimage place and located close to well-known tourist resorts like Bled, Bohinj, Radovljica and Begunje, it is ideal for your holiday
Situated just off the Ljubljana to Karavanke motorway in the village of Lesce and near to Bled, is this modest pension.I first visited just after Christmas when so many restaurants are closed and without high expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. This restaurant specialises in grills and my husband pronounced his fillet steak to be the best he'd had since his last visit to America, praise indeed. My salmon pasta, so often rather bland, was here tasty and creamy. The salads, despite the season, were fresh and interesting.Unable to really believe that the quality of the steak was not an aberration we visited again. This time I joined my husband and also had steak. Both were excellent and again served with a selection of fresh vegetables (not frozen). There was also a very drinkable open red wine. I can only conclude from the quality of the meat and other ingredients, the care in cooking and the attention given to detail that the chef knows what he is doing and, although the menu itself is not adventurous, what is done is done extremely well.

It's a nice restaurant with a varied assortment of dishes (pasta, pizza, grill, salats, sea food, steaks, desserts and even "kruhki"). Although we were waiting quite long we were very happy to get a very tasty Kebab pizza. Pizzas here are very big so if you are not hungry like a bear 1 pizza is enough for 2 people. Good restaurant, nice ambience and friendly Staff. If they extend the offer of "kruhki" I will gladly come again.

Came here on spec after passing a few restaurants. Remembered it being mentioned on trip advisor so decided to give it a go. We weren't disappointed, food is cooked freshly on a fire pit where you can watch your meal prepared. I chose the veal and got two large chops cooked to perfection. My hubby chose a mixed grill and was not disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Prices were good we're definitely going to go back. Its a lovely place with fresh food, what more can you ask for?Thank you so much for your review. We are family working in our restaurant and always try to do our best to make customers satisfied with our service and food :))

Restaurant Arbor is located in the very heart of Bled centre. The social environment of the interior and the terrace is vibrant and inviting. Along with the top quality meal, you can also take in many attractions such as Lake Bled, Bled Island and the Cas
Stopped for a meal in this empty restaurant. Waitresses ignored us - we had to ask for everything. Food very average - stodgy mean and drowned in thick salty sauce. Too many fatty potatoes and no fresh vegetables. We ordered salad to start but nobody told us to help ourselves from the buffet so the main course arrived first. Surly staff and plates dropped down on table. DIY on the cutlery. We had to ask for side plates and water. All in all not a place I would return to in a hurry.

Tea Room, Tea Shop Special shop tea and tea accessories.
I visited Cajna soba twice this summer while in Radovljica. I just wanted to see what it is, I went there with friends, we were nicely welcomed by the owner and had a great time. The owner is very funny, knows everything about all the tea & tea stuff he is selling. He sat us down and explained a lot and even served us with tea and cookies. Next time I came I wanted to buy some tea, I bought some fruit tea, got all the instructions how to make it and even got sone free samples. I would highly recomend this place, it's good if you wanna relax, learn something & try some new tea!

Everything about the whole experience was really special. The view, the service and the food. We had the taster menu, with 5 courses. Each and every course was delicious. The veal was a particular highlight. The staff were impeccable and so polite and attentive. Cost us about 120 euros for two, but worth every penny.Dear Holly, thank you for taking the time to write a 5-buuble review about your experience in our restaurant. We are so glad you enjoyed our tasting menu and of course our service. We hope to see you again when next time at Bled.

Located in the quaint village of Mlino, Restaurant Sova is nestled by the shores of Lake Bled, just opposite the traditional âpletnaâ boat docks and the stop for the tourist train. âSovaâ is the Slovenian word for owl. Much like this watchful and mysterio
Here we dined out 2 nights in a row because the food was delicious. The service was effortless by the manager, Dominique and the team. Exquisite fresh and delivered with panache. The flavours were delightful. Exciting food. Dominique our waiter gave great suggestions of selection of food depending what we felt like. Matched with his knowledge of wine. I will recommend to friends and family also. To have such a restaurant to this standard in Bled is such a valuable asset to the area. Well done and thankyou for making my husband's and my experience memorable.

We refusbished 500 years old cellar into authentic and rustic wine cellar. We offer more than 60 Slovenian wines. All we offer is local and Slovenian, craft beers, spirits, liquors, soft drinks, olive oil.... We offer authentic food, local dishes, as well
We chose the â¬35 three course meal with matching wines and were not disappointed. A wide range of local food and enjoyed the narrative around the matching Slovenian wines. Staff were very attentive and our host generous with his time.

Gostilna Kunstelj is a traditional Slovenian restaurant that serves only fresh, local food / mainly grown on our garden. It is a family owned restaurant, opened since 1873! We are served only fresh and seasonal food and indulge in a laid back and relaxed
Quarter of a century ago, my parents in law kept inviting us to this restaurant right on the gate to Radovljica old town square. Traditional, boring food, miserable wines, friendly service, but with a wonderful terrace for the summer days, offering magnificent view of Julian Alps, and Sava river well below. Coming back after so many years, parking lot has not improved, you can easily end up with a bus parked right behind your car, but you can resolve the situation immediately as the restaurant staff knows exactly where the driver sits. Many bus tourists, then, but a far more demanding type than elsewhere near Bled. A quite large institution it is, with many dining rooms (as well as guest rooms), and a very traditional one in cooking and design. Nice and well kept restrooms on men's side; with two or more buses coming for dinner more attention should be paid to female side.Service has gone from friendly and improvised to friendly, efficient and professional. Wine list offering most of what Slovenia has to offer in the low to mid price levels, also some jewels, markups friendly, several interesting wines by glass. Great variety of local juices and brandies. Dishes are still entirely traditional, but well prepared and well presented, from starters to desserts. Ingredients fresh, local and documented. An easy 11+ on a 1-20 scale for the kitchen. Veal liver made the way I remember it from my childhood⦠Very good desserts, especially their author cake.As prices are still surprisingly low for the area and the restaurants's popularity, highly recommended to anyone wishing to discover traditional Slovenian cuisine. You will not leave hungryâ¦
