The food is nice and well presented, the premises are nice, clean, tidy and pleasant. The only problem is the usage of the Spa when you stay there, they only allow two hours usage, the staff are unfriendly, not professional and for the price it is not worth it. We went twice to see if the experience was different because we like the place, but the service was not up to scratch, it is expensive for the way you are treated, the owner seems nice enough, but the staff are rude and don't go out of their way to let you use the facilities. Also the beds are very hard, you cannot sleep on them.

I had been volunteering in Puyo for two weeks when towards the end of my trip I discovered this little restaurant online in the middle of Puyo. I was so pleased as I had been just getting by on not so great food, as the vegetarian options are very limited as is the knowledge in Ecuador as to what a vegetarian is. The menu choice was good, although I wished I could have tried a bit more of the Ecuadorian food as a vegi option. I had soup, and a vegetarian burger and chips with a soy milk shake, all for $5.50, good value. It was amazing to see a soy option on a menu in Ecuador. The service was good although English was limited they definitely made a lot of effort to ensure I had a good experience, It was really pleasant and relaxing, especially as was alone. It is definitely a little hidden gem worth seeking out.I would have definitely gone back if I was there longer.

Fui con mi familia a almorzar por recomendaciones de internet, un sabor normal, una presentaciln buena, normal pero un feo detalle en las papas "una mosca pegada cuando fritaron las papas".Ni me impresiono ni me decepciono.

While in Cuenca, Boccatti is one of the places to shop for your meat, fish and poultry by the kilo/pound and have it cut to your liking. Did not like that they don't post prices and found their service did to meet my expectations.
