It has been the capital of Fuerteventura since 1860. The town's population is 29,160 (2013), the administrative district's (municipio de Puerto del Rosario) population is 36,744 and its area is 289.95 km².

Cibo davvero ottimo, il mio preferito è il different burger che consiglio a tutti. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e simpatici e hanno aiutato me e il mio ragazzo per tutta la durata del viaggio. Come se non bastasse fanno un ottimo caffè italiano!! Il posto è carino e si trova proprio davanti al mare... Consigliatissimo!!

If you are a 'foody' you must visit here. Lots of different dishes to choose from. You receive a taster dish to begin your meal. Our starter involved 'popping' batter on king prawns delicious. Beef cheek was delicious as was the veal dish. We had to round off our meal with the chocolate dessert to share. Was amazing! Yes perhaps more expensive but was worth it.

We went on our holidays to La Galeria and had a wonderful lunch. Both classic and modern Canarian food is served, and the products were fresh. Will definitely repeat when we go back.

We found this restaurant and although not very busy we gave it a try. We were not disappointed. It offers most of what you would expect from a steak house and a few fish dishes too. The house wine was decent and the staff very friendly. Prices were acceptable for the location and quality of food provided. Would be happy to return if we were ever in the city again.The city itself was disappointing in the number of restaurants and the general tourist attractions in lots of ways, we had to travel to Corralejo, Caleta De Fuste and El Cotillo to widen our opportunities.Saying that, this restaurant was pleasing and does the city proud, the city now needs to attract more people to help these businesses.

It was absolutely hap that we finded this place, but we ate our life's best hamburgers here! The attendant were very polite and kind, we waited a little bit long for our meal, but the burgers were delicious, absolutely recommended!
