I keep choosing this place everytime I arrive in Piatra Neamt as their food is very very good, and the menu variety is indeed phenomenal.I cannot remember though having at least one visit when the staff was nice or friendlyNo smiles, no warm welcomes. (And when we asked for the check, by card, the waiter ignored us and didnât tell us that we actually need to go and pay at the bar - we had to wait and ask again, in order to find out this valuable information) It it too bad that the staff is constantly and continuously decreasing the customer satisfaction. Itâs worth giving a try, maybe they also have nice people serving around :) - my rate is only for food and the location

The best place to have a coffe from Piatra NeamÈ. The place have a great and intresting Terasa , open and covered too.The services are great and you won't wait long for a cofee....And the cofee is good.Dear Vasilica,Thank you for visiting us and also for the nice words regarding our services. The place is rather small, even if you include the terrace but the food was always very good, every time I ate here. It does take about 45-60 minutes of waiting (depending on how full the place is), but once it arrives you realize it's made with care by experienced hands.I recommend you try the Bavarian schnitzel and the warm chicken and veggie salad accompanied by a tasty and still warm focaccia instead of the usual bread. This is comfort food !

Even if the coffee and tiramisu were good, even very good, Unfortunately, the staff not great and Sunday at noon, they ran out of all cakes. Nothing left! And they felt like it was normal to have nothing at 1pm. They said they still have 4 croissants when we did the order. 10 minutes later, the waitress bring us 1 croissant and left without saying anything. 5 minutes later when we ask about the rest, she said they have no more because they had to give the rest of the croissants to other tables who ordered before us?! Then, we asked if they still have sandwiches to the guy who seemed in charge. He said they have sandwiches and I showed not much trust in his words, he responded me very upset "if I say so, we surely have". 10-15 minutes later, noone showed up to bring us any sandwich, so we left. I will surely not go again there and I am not sure someone should go till they won't change their attitude and improve their supplies...
