Mezzaluna (Indian) location may let you down little bit. But the restaurant is mainly liked for its food, service and ambiance. Food tastes good. Service is also better than expected. The ambience can improve further. Lots of noise inside the hall as more young college going students can be seen hanging around. For family, its just okay.

Had been to this restaurant for lunch after being to the mini vidhan soudha building which is near to the hotel. Had a look at the Buffet Menu and as it was not nice, we decided to go for an a-la-carte at the Castle. Food is expensive, Quality is ok, Quantity is minimum. We had ordered a non spicy chicken dish and were recommended a hyderabadi dish, but we were served a kolhapuri dish which was very spicy and difficult to eat.We even told the Captain and he was talking to the cook by phone regarding the wrong dish given but there was no apology given to the customer nor the dish was changed. It was the most spiciest dish i had eaten and had to order curd rice and juice to compensate the heat. Also, while giving the drink, the straw fell out of the glass and the waiter casually picks it up and puts it back into the Glass. Was very odd and we had to tell the waiter of such wrong practices in the restaurant.Food was OK but Quantity was less and improvement is required in giving the Food ordered by the customer who pays for the same rather than a food made by the cook as per his fancies.During such wrong practices the food cannot be charged and has to be changed.Sadly they do not know the practices to be followed in an expensive restaurant.Gives a bad experience to the customer.Basically very poor service quality / customer service by the staff although they are courteous. Hope they improve themselves. After the bad experience, may not go to the restaurant again nor recommend the same to others.
