This restaurant is located at hotel hilltone which is opposite the bus stand. The hotel and the restaurant are both good and the place offers indoor as well as outdoor seating. In case the weather is good, njoi the outdoor seating. We tried their lucknowi kebab, chilli paneer, karta sabhi and everything was good. Service was also good and it was decently priced as well.... Dishes are for approx 250 rs. Each.... In desserts, gulab jamun were not good. Chocolate ice cream was good. Definitely worth a try.... Though Cafe Cincini is right on the main road in Mount Abu, our discovering its food was quite out of the blue. We had actually ventured into the cozy Cafe with plush interiors, apprehensively, as it did not have a single person inside besides a lone waiter at that time, to inquire about what beverages the Cafe served. But what we found was a range of moderately priced international cuisine esp Italian. The waiter was friendly and when I enquired about the credentials of the chef, the chef a very genial person Mr Arjun himself came out to meet us. On his recommendation we ordered Cheese filled Roasted Chicken Breast in Paprika sauce with herbal rice and fried potatoes, a tandoori chicken salad and an apple crumble for dessert. The chicken preparations were a real delight, though the crumble had a much too overpowering taste of the apples for my comfort. We left a satisfied lot that night only to return the next day for lunch.This time we ordered Indian and had Butter Chicken, Kadhai Paneer, rice and Naan besides repeating the Tandoori Chicken Salad. The food was equally good this time around, but some how there was a mild difference in taste in the Salad from what we had the previous night. A cause of concern? I dont know.. The chef said that they also have a restaurant Mulberry Tree which is more popular as it serves Chinese, Continental and even Mughlai cuisines that are suitably tapered to suit Indian palates especially Gujarati palates. But for me, Cafe Cincini provided tastes and flavors which have since lingered on...
