A versatile mix of old-world charm and new age innovation, where the modern skyscrapers of Downtown dovetail into the gorgeous stone-facades of the 18th-century Old Port. Ripe with culture and green spaces, its diverse community populates chic bistros and designer boutiques, indulging in enviable coffee along gallery-lined streets and on waterside terraces. So happy I had a chance to visit with kitties while in Montreal - I missed my babies so much.I have been to several cat cafes - this was an excellent one. Great menu, lots of vegetarian/vegan choices. Latte with cute little cat paws in the foam!We had already had lunch (at the botanical Gardens - good lunch) so we enjoyed some dessert and coffee.I loved the Tropichat - vegan, tasted a bit like key lime pie - nice and light. My husband had the clafoutis - also quite yummy. I also had Le High Five - really refreshing.Loved all the cats, there were several toys to play with (with the cats). The staff was friendly. I hope all the kitties found forever homes and new ones have come to the cafe.

Nice French bistro just off Rue Sherbrooke. Great quality and innovative dishes. Good service, but the space is small. BYOB. Excellent escargot in risotto. Wonderful fresh bread. Duck breast was well cooked and seasoned. Received horse on the tasting menu. Nicely cooked and different. Palate cleansers were loaded with brandy. Butternut squash soup was very good on a cold Montreal night.

Our first stop on our âeating tourâ of Montreal was for Vegan Poutine. Absolutely amazing. Cocktails were extremely well made and refreshing. Highly recommend for a pit stop or even a lunch or dinner. Super friendly staff. Awesome atmosphere. Very BOHO. You will even be treated to some awesome poetry in the drawers of the tables. We left one behind.

The food at this restaurant at the hotel is absolutely wonderful, it is faultless. However, it cannot be said for the service not unless you are French or another nationality but certainly not English. The food is well presented, very well cooked, and tasted fabulous, both dinner and breakfast was the same. The waiting staff are rude, and slow, unprofessional and left plates waiting on the pass for ages, but that could just been ours!Bonjour TAUSER_MAY31,Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your experience at the Sofitel Montréal Golden Mile.
