We have tried this restaurant as the closest to the castle but that was a bad idea. Serving the guest was unorganized we got half of the plates without cutlery. Drinks served after the soup. Main course was cold. However the bill was significant...
Tell me what to say about an average American fast-food chain...? Not too cheap compared to the small size of meals, but perhaps KFC is a better one amongst the others.

I was recommended to try this place which opened in 2014. When I arrived (it was a Wednesday evening during the busy Miskolc Festival) the place was totally empty even though it was 8pm. There was a surly looking barman and a sweet young waitress. The menu was only available in Hungarian but she said she spoke some English and would try to help me. The garden looked inviting so I decided to give it a try.I wish I hadn't. After about 15 minutes trying to figure out what the dishes (she using Google Translate on her ipad!) I just said "what can you recommend?" She suggested a "meat soup" and a "Pork dish - very tasty". I ordered both and waited.I began to go dark and I thought to myself, surely someone will switch the lights on? After about 10 minutes waiting she returned with soup. I asked if the lamps could be lit - she giggled and said 'oh of course'. The soup was basically a consomme wiith noodles, presented with a dish of cold cooked meat that one had to add! I have never had soup served in this way. I guess the consomme was microwaved and the cold meats were just plonked on the plate straight from the fridge. I was not impressed. I had to ask for bread (also forgotten by the waitress). However, the main course was really shocking. At least this soup had been edible. The main course was two greasy pork knuckles plonked on top of a plate of even greasier fried potatoes swimming in fat that I suspected had been left over from the lunchtime session and reheated. It was disgusting and I could not eat it.I did not order anything else, deciding to cut and run. I paid the bill (reluctantly I must say) and left. There appeared to be no manager on duty that I could complain to and given that this place had no other customers, I would be amazed if it will be open next year.Avoid it at all costs. They have no idea how to run a restaurant and there is nobody in the kitchen who has the first idea about cooking. In fact I suspect the surly barman was probably doing double duty that night and just heating up the left overs....

Visited here over a year ago and remembered how good it was...and it hasn't changed!Ate here with a party of 20 on 2 nights and both were amazingly! The menu is so extensive we gave the guys only a few options to choose from, we always pre order to make it easier on the kitchen and ensure we get the food on time.Soups were a meal in themselves...in fact most of us had that and one of the delicious desserts only on the second visit.Main courses are huge, fresh and full of flavour,Then the dessert....amazing, the chocolate soufflé is delicious and so well presented, and the pancakes are out of this world.Yes it's a bit more expensive than most in town, but you get what you pay for.Well worth a visit!

This restaurant belongs to City Hotel Miskolc and is in the basement. We stayed in the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant. We did not expect the quality and versatility of the foods and the kindness of the service. We were really satisfied. The foods are mostly Hungarian but they also have international food, also the extras to go with them, it is possible to have individual meals, and all all in all dining here was a very satisfying experience.

Think different about crepes ... Creppy is kept to be as the crepe guerilla of the currently popular gastro revolution, the pioneer of crepe catering. We facinate our guests by premium meal-magics on the basis of special recipes day after day. All of thes
We regularly visit this restaurant, but by the last few occassions the service time was very, very long. Sometimes it takes 60 minutes or longer to have the first course and the following courses take as long time to have. Despite the very good food quality and wide range of pancakeks we had to rarefy our visits, because for our children this long wait is not acceptable. The staff always polite and helpful, but the kitchen is massively overloaded.Thank you for the evaluation, and sorry for the incionvenience, but we do hope we can present you the Creppy experience in the future.
