A Tourist Ministry certified Restaurant with national and international dishes, a place that boasts a great view to the Jardin de la Union, a Parisian- style cafe terrace, functional rooms for both social and corporate events.
I am staying in this hotel. And it took almost 10 minutes Goethe manager to come over and ask if I wanted anything to drink. First two beers were out. Then I ordered a first course and a second. I had to ask the “waitress” using the term loosely for napkin and silverware. She neglected a knifeThe manager came back and took my order for two house specialties and I clearly told him tell courses. 40 minutes elapsed and I called over another waiter and asked where the comics was , he shock his shoulders. Ten more minutes later the first course appeared as ordered arrived and two minutes later the second, it was sent back. I told them when I was finished I would have it. They sent the now cold meat and I asked her if it was calibrate or hot she said yes obviously it was the same untouched.I refused and asked fir the check and leftThe wait staff and the managers need lessons in understanding that. Patrons want the truth and what they pay for. I will not now. even eat the free breakfasts that come with the room.I hate dishonesty. And all it would have taken would be to be honest and say the manager, the bus boy and the untrained wait person really need to go.Thanks for your visit. We work hard to make our guests happy and feel very sorry not having been up to your expectations. Your opinion is very important and compromise us to try harder. We appreciate your feedback!
We went for lunch at San Lorenzo and wow, what a great place. We had a few appetizers and entrees to share and loved everything. The service was very good, the decor modern and stylish and the food was amazing. We will definitely be back soon.

The food is expensive. The service is the second worst in town. The tables are very bad located, we sat in a place that when started to rain we got all wet and no assistance from the waiters. We moved ourselves to another table and unfortunately this was besides a service table, so noisy that we ran out of the place!Inside the restaurant in the second floor they aloud smoking! We regret this situation, we deeply value your opinion and we assure you that your comments are very important for us in order to improve our service. We appreciate the time you took to write, our best regards.

Located on the first floor of Hotel Alonso 10 Boutique & Arte offer a concept of International Mexican cuisine, ideal for families, business meetings and dinners with friends. We are in the downtown of Guanajuato city, in the beautiful and emblematic stre
This is a nice small hotel in the Centro Historico, very close to the main sites. There is a restaurant that serves excellent meals. I was greeted quickly upon arrival and shown to a second floor room with a large window. There is no elevator. My room had air conditioning /heat that functioned well, adequate outlets, decent wi-fi, above average lighting, and a comfortable king bed. There was a small frig that didn’t keep items very cold. The building is old and historic with the restaurant on the first floor as you walk in. There’s a dimly-lit basement bar. In three days. I never saw anyone in there, but strangely, on two of those nights, a very good pianist was playing popular songs. This hotel would not be good for someone with disabilities, but it’s a great choice for this wonderful and historic city. One caveat: I ha booked my room several weeks earlier through Expedia ( when no one answered my email from the hotel). I booked a room and “full breakfast.” The first morning I was told that my breakfast consisted of bread and jam, coffee, and juice-nada mas. I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, and several hours later, he told me that they had changed their policy a few weeks before but they would honor the full breakfast. The food’s not expensive anyway and there is a delicious fruit marmalade that’s served with the freshly-baked bread.Restaurant Alfonso DiezI really liked the food here. I ate here for dinner two of the three nights here, something I rarely do on such a short stay. The service here is exceptional. The waiters are true professionals; they are attentive, accommodating, and alert. I never had to ask for a coffee refill, and the plates were brought promptly and expertly. The downstairs bar serves all types of liquors with an excellent selection of tequilas. There are several wines and a formidable list of beers. I really enjoyed the enchiladas mineras. (91 pesos) They were hot, juicy, and tasty-loaded with chunks of perfectly-cooked carrots and potatoes-some of the best enchiladas I have ever tasted. I had several of the salads; they, too, were fresh and tasty. They also were some of the largest salads I have encountered anywhere for the price. The menu is pretty typical for the area: meats, soups, salads, a few seafoods and regional specialties.. This is a solid, consistent restaurant. We are very sorry that your stay at the hotel was not what you were looking for. Thank you for the feedback and we will take care about what you mentioned about it. I hope you can forgive this inconvenience and not let it stop you from staying with us in the future.Sincerely

This is a popular restaurant, part of a chain in many mexican cities. It is located in a shopping mall in the eastern part of town. The menu is vast and it is focused on seafood. The inside is reasonably comfortable and the decor is a bit plastic marine theme. I had a ceviche which was huge but not that tasty. The grilled corvina was also a very large portion but come out dry and rubbery. The service was just OK, a little chaotic but eventually it worked out.Thank you for your comment. It´s very important to us to know our customer's experience in Los Arcos. We try to do our best effort everyday and thanks to this comments you help us to do everything better. We hope to see you soon!

This restaurant offers high-quality meat at reasonable prices. Starters are amazing, especially the octopus carpaccio. Meat is served in a hot metal plate, so be careful to not burn yourself. Really worth the experience, if you are in Irapuato, go to this restaurant. Thanks for your comments. It is our pleasure to assist you. We hope to see you soon.

Stopped by here a bit early for dinner so it was not very crowded. I had the pollo con mole and it was to die for. Served as if in a 5 star restaurant. The servers were extremely friendly. My dinner, with a side of veggies and a mojito was still around 200 pesos. HçThis would be a $30 or $40 dollar dinner in the US. I would highly recommend.
