We stayed here as well as drinking on the terrace and eating in the restaurant. All was great. The steak was fantastic and breakfast buffet was very very good. The rooms were clean with lovely views. Obviously geared up for ski season, but nice in summer with a couple of lakes around the corner.

We visited this delightful village today, it was a shame that this restaurant/cafe were so unhelpful. The menu for lunch, did not show obvious dishes which a Coeliac could eat. I therefore went to ask staff would it be possible to have anything. It is Motherâs Day, and would have been nice to listen to the live music. However, the reaction from the rude female member of staff, who threw up here hands and walked off muttering, caused us to walk out. (I do actually speak german, so itâs not as if she did not understand). Not the best way to get customers!

This place was especially recommended by the owner of the Hotel Auszeit for dinner. Excellent selection of food. Very good quality and presentation. Efficient service. Fine wine selection. Perfect harmony of food, drinks, service and excellent cuisine!

Wir hatten Halbpension, sahen aber die tollen Speisen der a' la Card Gäste. Es schmeckte wirklich vorzüglich und die Gäste waren voll des Lobes!

It was our first time at Bergkristall while staying on the lake. Food and drinks was excellent with very friendly and attentive staff for a reasonable value. We ate Wiener Schnitzel, goulash, salad and sugared pancake and it was superb. The restaurant is well located next to the street with a beautiful overview to the lake.Anyway we go back in the near future.

It is quite a lovely place on the side of Achensee Lake. Staff was friendly, waiting time was reasonable, and the price for the burger was about E15.50 each which included a soft drink.

Stopped off here for lunch, beautiful sunny day to sit out on the sun terrace. Staff were great and helpful. The cold meat salads we ordered were delicious. Then we decided to have an ice cream, fantastic choice of different sundies, a lot with liqueurs. Happy days. To say we were full when we left is an understatement!! Will certainly pop in again the next time we are in Achensee.......
