Reviews on International food in Marmaris, Mugla Province, Turkey. A gorgeous backdrop of pine-clad mountains looms behind the seaside resort of Marmaris in southwest Turkey. Popular as a cruise ship and yacht port and with the British budget holiday crowd, Marmaris offers an abundance of fast food restaurants, the restored castle of Suleyman the Magnificent and an appealing cobblestoned old quarter. Outside the busy town, coves and bays of the Datça Peninsula make lovely daytrip destinations for those traveling by boat.

Myself and family visited this lovely looking restaurant and where greeted by a gentleman called Hakan, who was the manager, we had the mushroom casserole followed by fillet steak, the food was outstanding, the service by Hakan, was equally outstanding. As a family who eat ourt 5-6 days a week all over the world itâs rare to find an outstanding all rounder! Thank you and well done, keep up the good work and look forward to visiting again in the near future. ClIff, Amanda, Emily and Hannah (Nutella girl)

My partner and I didn't stay in this hotel but we ate in here a couple of times throughout our holiday. I highly recommend this restaurant for food it was reasonably priced and cocktails were buy one get one free. Staff were always very pleasant and very friendly also. It's definitely worth a visit!

Popped in twice during holiday (2nd time by accident really, as we didn't realise it was same place). Ok for quick beer but nothing you've not seen a hundred times. Loud 90s dance mega mixes blasting out, laminated drinks menus with the usual watered down cocktails. Ideal for chavs! Also found the waiter, possibly the boss (short guy in his 40s, wearing illuminate yellow vest) quite irritating and over-friendly during our visit. Seemed to think the way to welcome people was to mock their accents, prance about like an idiot and generally try and make fools of you. I don't mind a bit of banter but this guy made me uncomfortable. The Scottish lady who served us was more professional, polite. Maybe she needs to tell him to tone it down a bit otherwise you get people's backs up. Place to avoid really.

We always go here on our first night. Actually we ate here three times. We made friends with the staff the first time we visited and we always return. Prices had a massive jump this year and a bit more than other places but itâs worth it as the food is beautiful. We will always recommend oasis to our friends and family

Firstly the good points, this restaurant is in a lovely romantic location and the complimentary Turkish dip was delicious, however the rest of our dining experience was bizarre. I ordered the lemon salmon, on the menu it said it was salmon cooked in white wine, lemon , basil with shrimp served with a medley of Mediterranean vegetables with fried potatoes with cheese what I got was lovely cooked salmon no wine and lemon sauce no shrimps, just a pot of gloopy looking garlic mayo ( I think) a huge bunch of leaves with tiny holes in, a half of a lemon a thick disc of raw onion a tinfoil pot of tepid mashed potato with cheese on and finally my favourite touch one prawn cracker??? Bizarre is the only word that can describe it. My husband ordered the king prawns he got the same crazy accompaniments I got but his prawns were awful and mushy, when the waiter noticed he hadnât ate them he offered to get him another one, when he returned it was exactly the same plate of food and we suspect that they flashed the same prawns under the grill when my husband tasted the ânewâ prawns they were worse than before actually inedible. The waiter did offer to get him a new dish but we declined, As theyâd already had 2 attempts and got it so wrong. The guy on the promenade told us they were 19th on trip advisor so maybe we just had a bad experience but that does not detract from the fact my meal was nothing like I ordered.Hello SoniaWe took over this business a few weeks ago and we want to manage it with a new vision and make it much better.First of all, we apologize for the bad experience, and if you give us an opportunity, we would like to correct this bad experience. We offer you a free dinner at our establishment. For us, the satisfaction of our guests is more valuable than anything else. We will have a single request from you, we will be very happy if you change your comment on tripadvisor by helping us to make our business even better.

Best place to eat out in Marmaris, STEAK, PIZZA, PASTA, TRADITIONAL TURKISH FOOD The price is best value for a Money !!!
We ate at this restaurant on our second night here, I had steak and my partner had chicken fajitas. The food was perfectly cooked and I would say better than what you would get back in the UK. We then went 2 days later for a full English which was exactly what it says on the packet (also cheapest and nicest on that street) with all fresh English produce. We was served by Solomon both days who is extremely sweet and polite, however all staff go out there way to make you welcome. Would 100% recommend.
