We just had breakfast at Thyme Cafe Bar the service was attentive and pleasant on a very busy morning . Coffee was excellent as were the smoothies and orange juice. I throughly enjoyed my irks mushrooms on Turkish with a poached egg and the children were very impressed with the smashed avo and feta while the husband enjoyed the more traditional sausages and eggs which were well cooked and tasty. There is something here for everyone with lots of vegetarian options.

Our restaurant experience here was the best weâve had in years. Fantastic service from the second we put out foot through the doors. Attentive staff, great atmosphere, attractive decor and ambiance. We selected tapas style sharing plates starting with the sashimi, followed by an octopus and blood sausage creation and finally slow cooked lamb shoulder with roasted char potatoes and slaw. We ended our meal with a delicious blue cheese and a coffee. Wines were affordable and perfectly matched. This was an outstanding meal. I wish I could rank this restaurant 10 stars out of 5.Highly recommended

Went here for a birthday. Not everyone in our group is vegetarian/vegan, but Cardamon Pod has something for everyone as the food is so delicious and the portions are huge, so we shared plates rather than one each. Leave room for the desserts as they are divine.

We recently visited Surfers for a family holiday and discovered the surf club. The food is amazing and very reasonably priced. We ended up going daily for either breakfast, lunch or dinner. The staff were so accommodating with customising meals for the kids. Super friendly staff and amazing views. Do yourself a favour and visit this amazing restaurant.

We were looking for casual dining with a good atmosphere close to Surfers and found Fiddlers. Very happy we did. Great food, decent prices and pleasant staff made this a relaxed and enjoyable evening. The meals were a good size and the drinks well priced. Unfortunately we had to leave before the music started on this particular Friday night, but all agreed to go back and stay longer next time. With a pool table, live music, heaps of indoor and outdoor seating and a basic but âsomething for everyoneâ menu, we highly recommend trying Fiddlers Green.

We have stayed at the QT Hotel on a previous occasion and it what brought us back again. Included in our accommodation stay was breakfast which was very consistent in its quality and freshness, with pleasant staff, quickly removing plates and immediately cleaning a vacated table for further guests arriving. We also had the pleasure of enjoying 2 evening restaurant visits as Bazaar is an upmarket smorgasbord. Exception being a steak ordered is delivered to the table. When dinning options are this enjoyable, with good service and food, its hard to get motivated to drive to somewhere nearby for dinner. Visiting on 2 nights gave us the ability of trying something different from the previous night, whilst the wine available gave us excellent choice. The one issue which occurred on a busy Saturday night, related to parents (one particular family) allowing their children to run (playing) repeatedly through the area where guests were attempting to get their food choices. Staff I should add were active trying to solve the problem, which the parents of the children seemed to ignore.Dear gamain, Thank you for sharing your honest review on your recent experience at Bazaar Marketplace. Fabulous setting, great friendly staff good wine list and excellent food. We only wanted a light lunch so shared a dozen large and succulent oysters and a rack of pork ribs. Sat right on the marina with great views and a really great atmosphere.We will definitely revisit when in the Gold Coast, can highly recommend.
