I love Kwality - whether in Delhi, Agra or Ludhiana. Their North Indian - Punjabi cuisine is awesome. I had been to Kwality restaurant in Ludhiana, Punjab some months back. Their ambience is good. Good decor. Good service. Very polite staff and owners. Food is very delicious. Overall - Very Good

Very good food Thus is located on the NH 1 on the outskirts of Ludhiana . Itâs an pure vegetarian restaurant . They have an buffet for around Rs 425 / VFM . 2 soups , salads , starters , pasta , Chinese , Mongolian grill , 3-4 varieties of Breads , 2 varieties of rice , 2 dhalls , 7-8 varieties of subzis , 3-4 varieties desserts , soft drink + water bottle . You can try once since itâs good !!!

First thing to note about the restaurant that it is completely veg and no liquor is served (Proximity to the highway). The food quality is good and the service is also quick. However the ambience has a banquet hall type of feeling rather than that of a restaurant. Food is on the expensive side for a vegetarian restaurant. Otherwise the place is quite decent and good for a one time visit. Fit to be visited by families as well as by group of friends.

Kitchen at 95 is an amazing dining experience. Their customer service is unrivaled. The staff is very attentive and treats their guests as family. From pushing our chairs in to even remembering that we prefer smaller spoons when eating, it truly amazes me of the staff's attention to detail. I want to take some time and thank Chef Suresh Thakur for making my mom some special khichris that she was able to eat due to her dental work. Chef Suresh was great and even made Rajma just for me! I appreciate the great lengths Chef Suresh took to make us feel at home. I'm not sure if these staff members are still working at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana but I wanted to highlight a few of them who truly provided customer service that is unsurpassed. I would like to thank Atish Dadhwal for his quality service and attention to any requests we may have. Mohit Sharma, Mohit Dhiman, Jasbir, Pramod, Parnav and Ajay also provided top customer service. Also, Anil Joshi in the Gallery Bar was great and makes the best drinks! I am thankful for everyone who made our stay the best! I've also even made some lifelong friends from Hyatt Regency! I request the GM to please do let the Food and Beverage staff know that they are amazing at what they do and please thank them from my mom and myself for making us feel like VVIPs and their family. The food choices at Kitchen at 95 are out of this world! All of the food is delicious and there are so many choices you'd never get bored!
