A local friend brought me there as it seems it is a popular place for locals. But I had the impression they love it more to have a drink than for food. That said, I ordered a boneless chicken that was rather good and enjoyed a great time with a nice view from the rooftop of the Hotel du Golfe.

Had breakfast here every day during my visit. Good but not what it was as the selection has dwindled slightly.Lunch buffet was good although the restaurant is very quiet of a lunchtime.

Good service and friendly staff. The room was clean and was kept clean. Sunbeds were available along the garden next to the beach. The restaurant is delightfull because food is fresh, very well presented and the portions ,,, well Big!The owner is very helpful finding what you are looking for. We really enjoyed our stay.

We went for date night and were blown away that this place exists in Lome. The live jazz band was amazing, with a very talented singer and a full band. The ambiance in the restaurant--the decor, the service, the food--we could have been in any city in Europe. We had delicious food and look forward to returning soon!

When you go to the Philipat ask if there was any catch of the day - the owner usually goes out fishing once or twice a week and the fish is top quality. The pastas are also excelente - I suggest lasagne au saumon. And a gin tonic to go with.
