Umami is a semi hipster restaurant/bar/coffee shop located in the city center. They offer all dinner dishes in small and regular portions, which gives you the opportunity to sample and share different things. We were very happy with both food and service and would have no problem recommending friends to drop by should they travel to Cervia. If you're noise sensitive, please note that there are two bars nearby competing for sound dominance. We didn't mind, and it's no problem talking at the table, but if you're looking for a quiet spot this is not it (and you'll probably need to get out of the city center or inside to get a quiet spot anyways).

Located right on the beach and providing your personal reserved beach beds and umbrellas as well as lovely fresh food and drinks..The staff are very friendly and helpful and provide the most amazing fresh food and drinks.There's a lovely selection of pasta with fresh shellfish and various other foods from light local snacks "Piaddine" local tradition of a fresh wrap with lovely local hams and cheeses, or a larger meal and all reasonably priced. Vale certamente una sosta in questo ristorante gestito da persone giovani. Il titolare che ci serve a tavola è una persona estremamente gentile e attenta. Lâapparecchiatura è ottima e il livello del servizio è eccellente. I piatti sono ben curati e impiattamento è veramente ad alti livelli.Mi piace menzionare alcuni piatti: le tartare di pesce crudo nel caso specifico gamberi salmone e tonno erano veramente squisiti, il secondo composto da filetto di branzino e un Gamberone era veramente ottimo, Superlativo il tonno cotto in maniera magistrale e tenero veramente come il burro, piatto da 10 e lode, il dolce semifreddo al pistacchio era senzâaltro squisito. I prezzi sono nella norma, il locale ben si adatta anche ad una cena di lavoro.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è leggermente alto per la media di ristoranti vicini devo però dire a favore di questo ristorante che il livello di piatti la cura dei medesimi e la materia prima utilizzata ben si confà a pagare qualche euro in più rispetto ad altri posti similari.Mi sento pertanto di consigliare questo posto .
