450 euros for two starters, one order of spaguetti, 4 main courses, a bottle of wine, a couple of beers and some water. the cold meats were average. the shrimps, of low quality, came raw with mediocre sauces. the wild boar below average. other dishes rather poor. the service was polite but not as good as the price would indicate. the only good point was that, by midnight, you could stay in your table and nobody was hurrying up, unusual in switzerland. i do not recomend this hotel restaurant at all.

Wir haben das Menu 1 und 2 gegessen. Hamburger war kalt. Pommes waren sehr gut. Fleischkäse mit Spiegelei war in Ordnung. Aber nicht der Hammer. Kartoffelsalat gabâs dazu. Er war trocken und sehr fad. Da nur ca. 8 Gäste dort waren und das Essen eher kalt als warm war ist es für uns keine Wiederholungsgefahr. Eher nicht zu empfehlen. Ambiente ist schön. Reicht leider nicht.

Simply great food, a great location, the staff are enthusiastic and very friendly. Not quite Zurich prices which is a plus too. Thoroughly enjoyable experience on both times I have been there.

Yesterday we did come here for the 3rd time for dinner and it was just a great experience again. We had the signature menu that tastes always fresh and innovative without beeing too fancy, they get it just right. The winelist is extensive and offers something for everyone, but in general we talk north of CHF 100 for a bottle of red wine but compared to retail prices they make them accessible. We selected the Insignia from Napa Valley, that was an excellent choice that paired nicely with the dishes. To start we had their house champagne, a good choice to kick off the dinner which becomes a grand event at The Adler! Outdoor seating is superb with magnificent views and the friendly and attentive staff rounds up the overall experience. Just go there and treat yourself, you won't regret it, but prepare to drop a few coins. Will return this summer for sure.

I can only speak for their lunch menus. Everything including the sauces seems always fresh and made from scratch without convenience products. Beyond this great quality aspect, there is also great value in quantity. The lunch menu comes with a soup, a salad, a main dish and a dessert - all of it included with prices starting at CHF 16 something! People are very friendly and seem to care about their work and guests.

You wouldnt expect a place like Joeâs Roessli in such a quiet place like Lachen - excellent food, good and reasonably priced wine list and attentive service. Weâve recently been there (4ppl) and had delicious appetizers, incl smoked salmon salad which was super tasty and a pepper steak. Can highly recommend to go to Joeâs Roessli, and Joe is a fâing (you excuse our French, please) funny friendly owner who truly lives his passion - cooking par excellence!

In spite of having been often in Rapperswil, we never stepped into this restaurant... ended up there in occasion of a concert... ...next time we'll reserve a table for dinner! The atmosphere is very nice, modern and cosy at the same time, with an oldfashioned shop corner with lots of organic and homemade specialties.You can watch the kitchen brigade at work and whatever they prepare is more than fresh and based on local products. This time we only tried their fascinating teas (never smelled so much aroma rising from such a special teapot before!) and an equally surprising dessert: Cereal icecream. When giving the available flavors the waiter realized that strawberry was out and offered to make some... where do you get THAT? In fact the freshly made strawberry icecream was among the best we ever tried.Brief: Don't miss that restaurant when you are in town, best thing is to take your time and enjoy the entire menu!

Die eher Zufällig enteckte Perle am Obersee bietet neben dem ausgezeichnetem Service auch eine gepflegte und nicht übertriebene Küche.Sehr gut zusammengestellte Speisekarte die nicht aus Hunderten Seiten besteht und sehr "anmachelig" daherkommt.Wienerschnitzel, Fisch und Co werden frisch zubereitet und mit liebe angerichtet. Alles in allem stimmig. Weiter so!

A good place to have a meal in Rapperswil. Not really located in a place of town with special views, but friendly staff and good food. Have to make a note to go there again. Was there for lunch. Reservation is recommended as they are often full.

Located a bit in a hidden spot. Nice classy interior and nice terrace. The staff and the owner are super friendly and they deliver a great service always efficient, professional and with a smile, really very good service! The food is very good as well. Good wine selection.I will come back especially because of the excellent service!
