The bad reviews just keep coming ....for a reasonWhat has happened ...new management or something but this place is going down hill fast....saving money on poor quality produce....cooks that don't care.....???the only saviour is its location and the ongoing procession of tourists unaware of what they are about to regret...sad....will try again in 6 mths and hope some improvement ...so sad....

Swell Mullaloo Beach offers relaxed, beachside dining from breakfast till late, with something to suit every taste.
A delightful place for breakfast with a wonderful view. There was a vast choice on the menu with unusual options. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Beware, the Hash Browns are humungous! The slow cooked brisket croissant unforgettable. We will certainly return to try other dishes. The lunch time menu however appears expensive compared to the reasonable breakfast.

Relaxed Dining w Daily Changing Menu and Slightly Mental Chef. All produced sourced from WA whenever possible. Xx
This is such a special restaurant. Always great reception on arrival. The food and service are exceptional. We have been several times since they reopened and have never been disappointed. The Sunday lunch is delicious. We both tried something different today. My husband ordered the slow cooked pork and I had fish and chips. The fish was so moist and delicious. My husband loved the pork dish and lemon tart for dessert. A really good restaurant and will definitely return.

We went for a girls afternoon tea with my 4 year old niece and we were so disappointed. The booking experience wasnât very positive - apparently we had to book a week in advance to have afternoon tea, however the host kindly checked with the kitchen who said they could arrange something. We arrived and were served tea promptly by a friendly team member and as we were the only table inside we did have to try to encourage the team to help or bring the food. Afternoon tea is priced at $37 for adults and children - there are no subsidies for children despite her not being able to eat the same as an adult - sheâs 4! We had a chicken and cheese slider and an egg and cucumber sandwich (no options or menu was given), a mini quiche, slice of sausage roll and an arancini ball.Dessert was one scone each with some sweet cream and strawberry jam, a Frangipani tart, passsionfruit slice and chocolate peanut butter cup. Unfortunately the majority of these were not to our taste and went wasted. When we ordered coffee, it took 3 goes to get the right coffee order and for the coffee to be hot. The waitress also brought peppermint tea instead of green tea, but we didnât bother sending this back.Overall, a disappointing experience for afternoon tea, especially for tourists which is what I expect the hotel is catering for! Booking a week in advance for something which is advertised as being available every day is not flexible and having no childrenâs pricing is madness! I appreciate Iâm used to London afternoon tea, but certainly no comparison!
