A posh Restaurant, Bar & Banqueting place on the shore of Lake Victoria and adjacent to the Source of River Nile. Very popular for its serenity environment, food, cocktails, Boat Cruises, private event & weddings and children swimming pool. Favorite place
Right on the banks of Lake Victoria -- lovely place for a leisurely lunch. Good veggie pizza. Others in our party had fish (right from the Lake!), chicken tikka wrap, and burger. All of the food was great. Lovely views.Dear Kriss,Greetings from Jinja Sailing Club! Many thanks for sharing your recent dining experience with us and it is really encouraging and motivating for our entire team to keep the standard always on best side.We would love to serve you again when next in Jinja.ThanksHimanshu Kumar

We first opened our doors in December 2014, we started simple with good coffee, sandwiches and juices. We moved to a new location about a year later and since have expanded our menu and added Deli Meats & Delicatessen, which offers a great selection of me
The Deli unashamedly targets the "Mzungu" market of expats, volunteers and kayakers who come to the vibrant tourist town of Jinja in eastern Uganda. And it does it well. Foods available are for western tastes. There are a range of sandwiches and wraps available or you can customize your own. Very good coffee as well. They are located on Main Street, right next to the Post Office. The Deli is very well run and service is good. As the name suggests they also have a deli section where you can obtain a range of products that are not available elsewhere in Jinja. They also sell a range of handicrafts including cute toy animals that are knitted by local women from the nearby village of Bujagali. Good wifi connectivity and a place where you tend to find out what is going on in Jinja while indulging in some good quality comfort food to remind you of your mzungu home . . . wherever that might be.

We ate outside along side of the River Nile at it's source and had an excellent view of the river and Lake Victoria. The fried whole Talapia is their specialty and I recommend it. It was delicious. It came with fries and a few unknown veggies. We ordered cold Nile Beer and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly.

The first Indian restaurant In Jinja, Uganda. Mostly known for the authentic INDIAN & typical AFRICAN foods. Mostly famous around local people and wisely within foreigners who came in the town of nature Jinja. Professional INDIAN chef, fresh & direct from
We went here for a lunch. Since I generally have local food when travelling, I decided to stick by it and ordered a platter of local food. I wasn't happy with what was served. The posho wasn't hot enough and the curry to watery. In all I didn't enjoy my meal. My colleague had ordered a Biryani and he found it to be OK.
