I have to say that during the time I stayed at the One&Only the experience within the Restaurant at all times was exceptional. From the Manager Clemence to the staff which would include Sebin, Simon and many more. The overall experience was down to the way they made you feel, not over the top, gracious, accommodating and every breakfast would have your coffee ordered as you walked through the restaurant, remembering what you had. The evening meals were excellent, food continued to be wonderful, and the detail and taste/flavour was exceptional. Always my Go To Place.

Dubai is not without a shortage of great restaurants for breakfast buffet. However, I believe that Sloanes stands head and shoulders above all others. The service is impeccable. The breakfast buffet, which includes an enormous variety, is of the highest standard. Food quality is incredibly fresh. The restaurant itself is very spacious and comfortable. It probably is a little bit more expensive but itâs definitely worth it. The entire setup in the huge outside area of Flow Kitchen - which is bordering the beach - is nice, relaxed and a very inviting place to spend an enjoyable evening. We didn't try the various shisha tastes, but had pizza (very good), seafood grill platter (very good) and the grilled chicken breast (very tasty) with French fries. The service team was attentive at first, but after they had served the main course seemed to forget about us, not coming back to clean the table or asking us if we wanted something else. We spent likely more than 1h completely unbothered (positive spin) by anyone with our table cluttered by empty and dirty dishes the entire time. I brought this up to our waiter when I asked for the check and his reply was he didn't forget about us but it seemed we were engaged in deep conversation and he didn't want to disturb us... On a positive note: The hotel wifi covers the entire area, which was a very welcome surprise. Either way, the evening was nice and we enjoyed the experience at the Flow Kitchen. Prizes are steep, as is the case anywhere in Dubai, but not to the point where you feel ripped off. I ended up paying close to ⬠140 for two (no alcohol, no shisha, including tip), which given the location seemed acceptable. We had brunch last Friday and we enjoyed the experience. Value for money is on point because of the 2 for 1 promotion just for 265aed. A tasty selection of buffet, unlimited finger foods like nachos and buffalo wings. Unlimited drinks - wines, beers, spirits. The atmosphere is laid back in an outdoor setting but entirely airconditioned. No restriction on dress code. The customer service is outstanding, the whole crew was very welcoming and energetic. Jerome, Manilyn, and Charlyn gave us great assistance all through out the stay. Lovely acoustic performance. I just suggest additional dance music so guess could enjoy the dance floor. I tried it with my Sister today and we paid more than 100 AED just to reach to this place.The food is Good, but this place is definitely not number one Fish restaurant in Dubai. The fried fish was terrible as the oil seems to be very old and over used.I don't think I will be going there again.

We visited on our last night in Dubai and werenât disappointed. Upon arrival it was very quiet - which can sometimes be disconcerting - but picked up through the evening. We had booked the mystery box experience which puts a twist on your dining. 10 ingredients in a box are presented to you and out of these 10, you choose 5 to be incorporated into your meal. Not only is it a great âgimmickâ it gets you talking about all the possible meals you might get and the food itself does not disappoint - a sheer stroke of genius on the chefs behalf,to plate up a 5 star meal within half an hour of getting their ingredients. All the waiting staff are extremely friendly, accommodating and attentive - particularly Robin who we had a great chat with whilst waiting for our meal, really made us feel welcome!
