Italian cuisine with a great selection of wines. Elegant and hospitable environment with warm and modern tones. We have a private room for dinners or business meetings.
Had great expectations given the positive reviews but nothing from food to service or ambiance really surprised me given the bill. May be just an unlucky night. Hello and thanks for the review.I'm really sorry that the expectations weren't met.We keep the prices under control but we are not a cheap restaurant and we are very careful about the success of the dinner.Unfortunately, when you eat raw fish and wine from important bottles, you can't have cheap prices. But I treasure your considerations and hope to see you again to make you think again.See you soon.

Placed in front of the sea the tiny Osteria "La Gassa d'Amante" offers a menu that is in constant evolution where you can find plates from the traditional italian cuisine to the asian and english. We also offer sharing plates so you can taste our entire c
I wish this would remain a well kept secret. Set on the sand, the cuisine is fusion yet true to the tradition of the Italian Osteria. Local ingredients and regional recipes reinterpreted with sophistication and a contemporary eye. Bravo!

My wife and I were wandering through the narrow streets of this mountain town and quietly despairing that we were in the wrong place when needing a meal... How wrong we were, we followed this superb smell in the air to a quiet corner where we found a small building that was seemingly closed up but we wandered in anyway, and had a fantastic welcome from Umberto and Alessandra the owners of this brilliant little restaurant of which we were completely unawareWe were ushered in to a private dining room uniquely decorated and in good English were told what was available for that day - without going in to great detail, we enjoyed a gastronomic journey, And discovered several unique dishes not the least of which was the Torino cheese sourced from Umberto's friend in the village, soaked for two days in local white wine and gently pan fried. This was followed by Ravioli filled with fish and garnished with anchovies, Potato Gnocchi made with a special hazelnut flour, chicken with a beautiful Moscato sauce and Caponata Calabria, all polished off delightfully with a bottle of Marchese Umberto deal Carrello Barbera red...Wow what a memory this will be for us!!!! Make sure you plan a visit !!!
