It was a very nice experienced. we followed red Michelin Guide recommendation and it was the right thing to do.Probably the second best restaurant I Sankt Gallen after Einstein.Very good food. Friendly and helpful staff.Very nice decor.I recommend any time. Lunch is more casual and probably in the terrace.Evenings are really nice inside. I really liked the decor !

Diese urige Kneipe liegt etwas auÃerhalb des Zentrums. Sie bietet eine kleine Speisekarte mit typisch schweizerischen und internationalen Gerichten. Ich hatte das Cordon bleu mit Pommes. Es hat mir sehr gut geschmeckt und die Portion war einfach nur riesig. Der Service war sehr freundlich und nett, das Lokal innen drin einfach mit einem besonderen Charme urig eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung sind für die Schweiz und die GröÃe der Portion sowie die Qualität des Essens sehr gut. Achtung, nur Barzahlung möglich.

I had dinner here after reading the many positive reviews hereunder. My choice proved excellent. Table booking recommended: even midweek the restaurant was full. Thumbs-up to the lady owner for her friendly and efficient service. Upon bringing each dish, she took time to explain the ingredients - much interesting. As the owners are Italians, the menu puts focus on produce from their home region La Marche. I began with the Antipasto Italiana - a sample of Italian starters: Parma ham, cheese, salsiccia, olives, aubergine. Truly generous and delicious portion. As main course I chose the homemade pasta ââPassatelliââ - with cream, salsiccia, porcini, truffles. So good that I licked the plate clear!! As dessert I indulged myself with a homemade Cassata - refreshing and delicious. The bill remained at Swiss price level and amounted to CHF75. On my next visit in the area I will surely come back to lâAngolo dei Sapori.

The Römerhof is located in the old part of Arbon town and the restaurant is simply but nicely decorated with clean, white rooms. The menu offers a selection of dishes including food reflecting the chefâs Mauritius heritage. All of the dishes were exquisitely presented; it was almost a shame to eat them. The food was also of very good quality.The reason I didnât award five stars is that the prices are quite high and somehow all of us felt that despite the quality of the food, it was too much to spend for a dinner. This is not to fault the service nor the cook â both were very friendly â but the total dining experience fell somewhat short of our expectations, considering the prices.Dear GuestThank you for your feedback about your recent visit at our restaurant. Stayed in the hotel for 5 days in September 2015.The restaurant offers great (mostly Swiss) food, friendly staff and a good choice of wine.However, as with many Swiss restaurants, at a price.Breakfast buffet rather limited.The views are stunning - hence the pricetag.Would go back, in combination with hotel, anytime.

Eat there with some friends to celebrate a birthday. Staff was friendly and helpful!Unfortunately the food was pretty tasteless, not really seasoned and disappointingly "usual"!As we mentioned this to the waiter, they explained that this was done purposely so the actual food could be tasted. I could have that at home if I wanted to - much cheaper!
