安比で泊まって、夜中お腹がすき山を下り食堂探し。店員さんにオススメはと聞くと麺がオススメという事で！私は豚骨。友人は味噌ラーメン。友人はチャーシュー麺になりますか？に、普通にチャーシュー3枚も乗ってます。でも追加でチャーシューも追加出来るそうです。量が多いので、ライスまでつけると、かなりお腹いっぱいです。麺は細麺で、美味しいというより何処と無く懐かしいお母さんの味って感じでした！

美味しいらしいが、あいていないことも多いそう。私が行ったときは、あいていて、助かりました。あっさり系、煮干しラーメン。また、あいてるといいな。

八幡平の後生掛温泉で岩手山登山の疲れを取って、十和田まで向かう時に食事をしました。この辺りは食事ができるところが少なくて、お店を探すのが大変です。「かつ重」をいただきました。サクサクしたカツは、肉の厚みもあり美味しかったです。風呂上がりの食事は、お腹が空いているので何を食べても美味しいです。

地元の方に人気があるお店のようで１３時過ぎに行きましたがまだお客さんが多くいました。あまり大きなお店ではありませんがカウンター席とテーブル席がいくつかとお座敷がありました。注文したのはトルコライスにロコモコそしてアンガス牛ステーキをお願いしましたがどれもボリュームが行き当たりで見つけた中ではボリュームがあり味も美味しく当たりでした。また八幡平に行ったら行きたいお店になりました。

A cozy market that sell fresh eggs, fruits and vegetables. The volcano museum of Hachimantai is right beside this facility. English and Chinese brochures are available.

Visited this local restaurant on a night tour from Appi Kogen. It is located near Fuga Park. Non English speaking serving staff but we had basic Japanese food words and they did us justice. Food was simple and delicious. We had sashimi (simply sliced with little precision - it is not a hatted restaurant after all), Karaage chicken and hot sake, the bill was ¥2300. A real bargain from resort restaurants' prices. Note we had ramen in another restaurant half hour before so it really was a top-up...Other customers were local folks and service was swift and no fuss. Just be prepared to call out "sumimasen" for the server's attention.We were lucky as dined reasonably early thus avoided smoking diners who arrived after us. Would love to try out other local restaurants in town for the rest of our stay but smoking seems to be the acceptable norm in restaurants and bars in town.
