We went to The Geographer this evening. Everything has been perfect. We had 2 starters, 2 main dishes and 2 desserts in total. Every course was different, delicious and nice to look at as well. The staff was polite, nice and helpful, asking us several time if the food was good and if we needed anything. The best restaurant we have seen so far, in our Scottish holiday. If you visit Fort William, stopping by The Geographer is one thing that you must do.

Great food, good beer and a relaxed atmosphere in our Traditional Alehouse & Restaurant located on Fort William's pedestrianised High Street.
I gave this place an average score based purely on the bar downstairs. The restaurant on the other hand was quite poorly organised. Firstly we waited around 15/20 mins for our order to be taken then when it arrived it was poorly presented and a very small portion, the food was tasteless and even though I left practically a full plate I wasn't even asked if there was anything wrong with my food. Don't think I'll be back.

Once again this takeaway did not disappoint when on holiday in the local area. Fantastic food, good service and at a decent price. Situated in the small shopping centre in Caol. Five minuites drive from Corpach and Banavie. Parking available outside, co op opposite for any other essentials.
