Such a great find in Flims. The restaurant is that hard to find combination of warm service and gourmet food. Every interaction I had with the staff was helpful, honest and engaging. This is not a pretentious restaurant. Rather there is a genuine desire for guests to enjoy their visit and relate to the cuisine. The food is extremely high quality and delightfully presented. If you are looking for a memorable meal, you should not miss Nova.

Ambiance classy and tweedy with excellent regional food and good service. The Easter-Special with goatling however was a disappointment, because it was practically non-existent - so menu totally misleading.. The lamb-chops with it superb.

A full review was written under the hotel section of this establishment. High quality.and innovative and tasty food reflecting the origin of the owners of Casa Alva. You will not be disappointed but astounded by the excellent service, passion and the many surprises that come to the table. And the wine selection is excellent. If you want to spend a memorable evening wining and dining this hidden gem is a must.
