Restorant Irna offers a garden wedding venue as well as delicious restaurant fare. Our appetizer plate looked and tasted superior. It offered fried zucchini puffs, squash bits, baking soda toast wedgies covered in thick yogurt cheese, spinach rolls, spinach filled mushrooms. Our main was tender chicken breast smothered in a lovely thin cream sauce and topped with large slices of sauteed mushrooms. Service was prompt and food was delivered with a smile and at a bargain price too.

We stopped here for a scheduled lunch after a visit to the Monastery of Ardenica. As this was our first full day on our Albanian tour, we did not know what to expect regarding restaurants and food. We were not disappointed, the restaurant was exceptionally clean, with lovely kept gardens and an amazing view. We sat outside and were served three courses of freshly cooked food; a lovely Greek salad, chicken, potatoes and vegetables, followed by Baklava with fresh orange slices. The service was great and the waiting staff friendly and helpful. A great introduction to an Albanian lunch.
