Went to Arcobaleno with many of our Italian cousins. Antipasto and pizza. With truffles (excellent), funghi e sausiccia (exc), margarita, speck/pistachio, 2 others and then of course, a sweet one or dessert. Owners are very accommodating. Atmosphere is nice. Sadly, we were here on the night of the terremoto. Quite scary but thankfully no one was hurt. Will definitely consider this one of our regular stops.

Mola Bella worked for twenty years in the field receptions , gala parties , advise clients , in banqueting and small events and ceremonies , with the utmost professionalism , animated by the passion and constant care of all the staff with which it operate

Probably one of the best dining experiences I've had in Spoleto. Excellent service, an extensive and varied menu, friendly and courteous staff. Each course was presently beautifully, was served hot and was delicious. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. The only issue I had was that the contori was delivered to the table after we had finished the main course, apart from that, an excellent fine dining experience. Highly recommended.

Food is really great: creative, upper-quality local and seasonal ingredients, and nice local beers (we tried the Kubu). Place is beautifully arranged, and staff are very friendly to explain all the dishes and their origin. Ask for the meaning of "umami" to learn a nice little story.Many Thanks

Elegant restaurant in a beautiful spot of Terni. The menu was a smart interpretation of the local product with an innovative touch. The desserts were amazing. The wine list was small but well designed with a minimal mark-up
