A business partner local recommended this restaurant as one of his favorites. We made reservations to dine. The restaurant is expensive but the service is impeccable. From the hostess to valet. My guests selected a nice mid range red wine and we ordered the green chili cream soup, which is a house specialty. I then ordered one of the nightly specials, halibut cheeks. I have eaten these before at sushi restaurants. They were fried which was different for me. My guests both ordered waygu steaksWe were comfortably full so no dessert. I do recommend as a special dinner or a business dinner setting.

The food was good, but it too a long time to get our food and drinks. There was a stain on the curtains, which kind of grossed me out. It was close to the plaza.

Traveling for business in El Paso and looking for some light fare, like tapas. Rulis IK looked good and the food was good, but not the high quality i expected for a place that serves tapas. I had the blue burger with slew. Both were fine, but not exceptional. My travel companion had a pizza and a Caprese Salad that was very good! If you like a large beer selection, they have that! prices were reasonable, service was good. I'd go back, but with different exceptions.Thanks for stopping by! Some folks do put us in a category that really doesn't fit what we actually do so I'm sorry we weren't what you expected. We have been to this restaurant frequently as we always thought it was a good place to eat. This time was different. We went on Friday July 21 at 6 PM. We got the impression that they did not have enough staff. They do not stock enough food for the menu-which haas happened before.We ordered the pork chops but there was only one left and we could not get it. We asked for a grilled vegetable plate and the chef had to come out and ask us what we wanted. He was very 'antipatico' and somewhat hostile. His intimidation style was not appreciatedâ Perhaps he should best stay in the kitchen. Our waiter was great under the circumstances. We will not be returning.
