I have been regularly (3 times a week) in this restaurant in the last three years since 2015. There are a lot of people who come regularly several times a month, because the location and the atmosphere of this restaurant is irresistable!I love the location of this place. You sit open air directly at the beach, or indoors protected against the Northsea weather - wind, or rain or even both. The service staff has been always very friendly end helpful. The staff in the kitchen is great.

I am a very tough grader - sorry. This place was a 1.5 minute walk from my hotel. Ate a solo SUN evening dinner here after traveling from USA since SAT afternoon. The fish was very good, service and value average.

At the recommendation of the waiter, we ordered a 3 course meal, with local fish soup as a starter. At first I did not think I would like a fish soup, but it was excellent. It was a creamy soup and contained tiny shrimp with two pieces of local fish. For the main course I ordered local North Sea fish and received two filets. One had a banana compote on top, while the other had bacon infused tiny shrimp, and both were excellent. Finally, for dessert I ordered the creme brûlée with blueberry sorbet which was the icing on the cake. It was one of the best meals I had during our Germany trip.

Fair restaurant. Limited menu. Dishes are good but with usual sauces missing. Very good buffet. Wiener schnitzel fair, had better. Convenient position inside the hotel
